| So I just saw a post on Instagram about some anime called 'Sakugan'. I got kind of interested in it because it looked like the studio TRIGGER had animated it. And because my experience with 2 of TRIGGER's anime has been pretty good, I thought why not watch this? But now I know that it isn't TRIGGER which animated it lol. But still, it looks really interesting. Although it has a pretty decent score of around 7.5, I am ok with that. I mean, you can find some gems even though other people may or may not like it right? So is it worth watching? Or should I not watch it? I really haven't watched much anime so I don't actually have much experience about all the different genres and also I really am not into seasonals. But this season Is really good I must say. We have Komi can't communicate, Platinum End, Demon Slayer S2, Takt. OP Destiny, Mieruko chan etc. And yes I have added all of them on my ptw list. Also I have added sakugan just for the time being but still if you guys tell me to not watch it I'll just not watch it or watch it later. I know that only 2 episodes have aired yet and it's difficult to form an opinion just based on only 2 episodes but still, even if it's just okay and nothing much special then also I am ready to watch it. Also is it an original anime or adapted from a manga/light novel? Hope y'all help :) |

| The 2 eps so far were pretty good. They served as a good introduction and build a basis for a good plot. Also the world building has really high potential and gives me certain Made in Abyss vibes. If you have the time for it watch the first 2-3 episodes and decide for yourself, but I think its one of the better seasonals this season. |

Is it an original or adaptation - look on the bloody entry page, it's right there. That aside, it's very good from the first 2 episodes, so you'd do well to watch it. As for it resembling TRIGGER's work, that's because Junichi Wada takes a lot of cues from Sawano's early work, particularly in the use of smearable character designs with very movement-oriented instances of emoting. |

Hope y'all help :) no, but yes no you shouldn't watch it, but yes it is worth a shot. why? this show has a ton of similarities with made in abyss, like a ton. it does put it's own spin on it, so i wouldn't say it's a copy, but it's close to being one. and although so far this has been a great series, made in abyss is simply on another level. so i think you should watch made in abyss first. unless you only interested in this because of the mecha and father, daughter aspects, since those two things are the biggest difference between the two shows so far. |
