yeah it's been so long since jaya, a lot has happened since then, i recently watched that saga with friends and it forshadows a bunch of stuff like the blackbeard crew, poneglyphs, void century gets a name drop and of course the infamous scene of luffy dancing like nika etc there's a lot in the skypiea saga. yup it would make sense since he's not strong enough to be a fleet captain, he's likely on bart's level at best.

lmao true! though it's luffy, he probably at some point has thought that one piece was food, maybe the dish couldn't be made since it needs the ancient weapons as tools to be made and that's why roger laughed!
yup! it can be like a more expanded version of the cover stories.

yup remember when ichigo and uuryu's dads showed up and did nothing or everything related to benihime? this arc was a complete mess by the end.

exactly! it doesn't do anything exceptionally new but it's brilliant at execution and building it's world to feel more real than just a level in a game.
it just reached 200 chapters and currently wrapping up a major arc.

dressrosa was really long though lol! it won't be a wano level arc, i don't think we are getting an arc that long again in the story. my guess would be that it's a little longer than egghead.

i started season 2 yesterday, i was waiting on act 3 to be wrapped up so i can binge watch it. it's been really good though!

yeah it would be like the bellamy fight, just completely destroyed in one punch lol! i feel like blackbeard would use him as a bait for the strawhats and once they beat him up, the actual blackbeard crew would jump them or something like that.

yup that feels like something luffy would dream of, he could say the most random thing and it would make sense like "i want to eat a burger that's as big as an island!" and they would be like "oh luffy you silly goober, fine we'll fight gods for this dream!"
yeah i'd imagine the success of fan letter would make them interested in doing more of this every now and then, it would be cool to see one focused on enies lobby where john lobby overtime realizes that government is corrupted and when the flag flag burns, he quits for his family and somehow joins revolutionary army or something like that.

yeah the artwork in dandadan's manga is phenomenal so the animation had to step it up here which they certainly did! the art style looks really good during the night scenes.

yup the manga had so many unanswered questions and rushed developments which thankfully the anime is addressing how i do have a couple issues that were just never answered like why have we forgotten about hollow masks? i really liked their designs so it's a shame that they were never used again, for ichigo it makes sense but why aren't vizards using it? it's their gimmick and this is a big war so there's no reason to keep it locked. also everyone forgot about the green haired vizard girl both in anime and manga, she's been missing since the first cour of tybw! general consensus is that she died off screen but she was an important character you'd think that if she was meant to be written out of the story then they would show it to make the quincy look strong but nope.
yeah i would highly recommend shangri la frontier! the premise might not seem as intriguing but this series excels at world building and character progression, the series very much feels like an mmo where there's all these different areas and bosses with their own lore. shangri la frontier also does something that most game anime never do, they play different games! so you see some very different biomes and game systems which they use to fight, the best arc of the series is a tournament arc that doesn't even take place in the main game lmao! so yeah it's a really good series. yup i am almost up to date with the manga and it's still really good.

yeah i'd imagine this would be a longer arc since elbaf has like more foreshadowing than wano, we've been hearing about this island since little garden so it might be as long as egghead if not a little more.

ah no this is a 500px set, i saw a couple of these and wanted to experiment with it since this render was much wider, this was the result:
pretty happy with it since i got to use different techniques that usual for these elements, had to cut that leaf crown from an artwork.
now i am losing my sanity over the profile layout lol! i started working on it couple days ago and it's running into problems that layouts run into like if this direction is good or not, what elements i should use etc. currently i can't figure out how to use magical circles as borders for favorite characters, i tried to engrave it on a circle but it's too detailed to look interesting, not sure what i should do with it:

Four months has to be some sort of record... Sorry about that. I've had a lot of stress on my plate lately, a lot of it from work. A few of my coworkers can't really handle the changes (I don't know if I already mentioned it but we've gone from two floors to one which means that the office supply part has been really compressed) and is in a really foul mood most of the time. Also our regular manager is on maternity leave so her mother (the previous manager) is covering for her. She is NOT a good boss. She is the reason that me and two coworkers are considering resigning. So, there's that. :/

And so summer season 2024 passed. Plus-Sized Elf sadly lacked in animation (I think it was made by an actual hentai studio) but I'm not picky. I can always re-read the manga. :P

I'm on and off Genshin right now. I enjoy Natlan so far but I've just dipped my toe really, as I feel like I'm not even remotely done with Fontaine. I've got Kachina and Xilonen but haven't really leveled them yet. They are fun though.
I dislike the Fatui because they are "evil" and meddling. I know they are morally grey and I've got this idea that they might be doing all this for the betterment of humanity so to speak. I wouldn't like it if they suddenly declared that they only did those things because something larger was at stake and they were friends all along, so to speak. That's not really why I dislike them but just a thought I had.

I think it's because of convenient ferry traffic between Poland/Germany and Sweden. Some days this summer and autumn we've had a few hundred Poles in the store, shopping for souvenirs, and noone can speak english. XD

They have released the first bands for the next festival and me and a friend are really hyped but most of the gang isn't too interested yet. We'll see what'll happen but I'd be sad if noone wants to go.
Yeah, the nicest part is just the good times and sense of freedom IMO. What kind of festivals did you visit?

thoughts on Tensei Kizoku, Kantei Skill de Nariagaru 2nd Season?

yeah his devil fruit is great for espionage but not for fighting 1v1, especially against luffy since he can fly now so mud slide isn't going to do anything against him lol. even an espionage expert is something that blackbeard already has which is katarina devon, so caribou offers absolutely nothing aside for information on poseidon haha.

yup i feel like that would fit luffy's character since he loves being with his crew, his family, so if they aren't there in his final moments that would really suck. that would make sense but knowing luffy and the reactions from everyone gives me the vibe it's something goofy, like throwing a party to everyone in the world which doesn't feel like a place he would die at, but yeah we'll see where this thread goes.

yeah it was really good! i hope we do get more cool one off episodes like this during long hiatus like this. it was really wholesome to see how much of an impact strawhats have on the world and seeing characters talk about their favorite strawhats. i'd love to see more experimental cool episode like this.

yeah overall it's a good season nothing too crazy. dandadan has been incredible yeah! it really captured the chaos vibes of the manga and the soundtrack is super good as well, it's a pretty solid adaptation. great to hear rezero's new season is good! last season did have some ups and downs so hopefully this one will remain consistent. i usually binge watch rezero so i'll start it once it's close to finish airing. the new season of bleach has been my highlight of this season it's so good! they are doing a great job at fixing the issues tybw had, hopefully they'll keep this up. other than that i've been watching maid sama it's alright nothing too interesting. i did start 2nd season of shangri la frontier which has been pretty good from what i've seen, hopefully it will live up to the manga since this season will have some very important moments.

yeah lmao! to luffy he's just some goofy guy who exaggerates/make stuff up like usopp. yup it feels strange seeing the villain already be tied up, which kinda means the giants can restrain if needed, there's likely someone else who'll be the final villain of the arc.
yup this would make sense! it'll be interesting to see if he will finally show up and give us the moon lore.
yeah oda could go many different directions with this since there's a bunch of different norse mythical creatures/gods who have some crazy abilities that can work for the legendary fruit.

yeah he hasn't been training and he already has a devil fruit so he can't even get an op fruit from blackbeard, so yeah he'll have to get blackbeard to fight him lol.

i'd imagine it would be something that would parallel roger's ending where at the end he'll go on one last adventure with everyone and spend rest of his days with the crew. i don't think he would have his own one piece because it's been established that he hates sharing however he will inspire everyone as the sun god.

yeah he just got jacked after that event lol! that's a very luffy thing to do haha, like this guy calls himself the joyboy who will burn the world down, i think that's cool enough for luffy to free him and learn what his deal is lol. yup gotta include enel into this somehow haha! i think it's possible that enel might descend from the moon during this arc if this theory does end up being true. another theory that seems possible is that this legendary devil fruit is mythical zoan of tyr the norse god of war.

btw in the meantime i made another set! this one is not as effects heavy as the makima set but still works pretty well, i was inspired by the theatre vibe furina's trailer haha! i plan to make another set before jumping back into the layout, though can't seem to decide which character i should make it for.

yeah the visual of luffy pumping the blood to shift into gear 2 was pretty cool! and of course the jet gatling against lucci was awesome! ah right i forgot about the life span thing, it will be interesting to see how this would effect him, since megalin's poison destroyed a good chunk of his life span. yeah it doesn't fit well especially against doffy who's built to be this really terrible person. gear 5 works because the power of the fruit is goofy so it makes more sense.
yup i don't think luffy even reads news haha! though i am sure robin let's him know what's going on around the world between arcs. that's true maybe he just thought 3 braids look cool or it's a reference to how many final bosses there will be in the future (im, akainu, blackbeard) lol.
yeah it's strange that he still used the suit despite wanting to distance himself from the germa family. yeah it'll be interesting to see how sanji's upgrade progression will work, hopefully it'll be something other than a power suit.

yeah this was an awesome introduction to loki! he looks much different from the silhouette from the big mom flashback, maybe he hit the gym after the wedding didn't happen haha, luffy would definitely free him i think. i am curious what that legendary devil fruit is though, it's a stretch but hear me out: loki is falsely accused, enel killed that guy and took the lightning fruit from elbaf which could be a reference to thor/odin, the tree reaches the sky so technically he could've just stumbled into elbaf without knowing.

ah thanks! i am happy with how the final version turned out, it also goes really well with the avatar. i think astronauts are working better as background elements since they are connected to the blood elements which turns into another reference haha! so it worked out well :]

yeah it's slowly going away, though the pain from the exercise is somehow worse than the break haha! it'll be fine in a few weeks according to the doctor so just need to deal with it until then.

update on the set: i couldn't figure out how to make the astronauts work with the overall set so they are background elements now, does this look good? i think this might be the final version of the halloween set:

i feel like caribou will stick with blackbeard because he seems to idolize him. i mean SH beat him up, locked him up in a barrel, possibly didn't give him much food, left him trapped until he eventually got out so yeah i'd say there's enough grudge to betray haha!

yeah it's a really good reveal! while it felt surprising, it definitely was earned considering he took down crocodile and enel without it. the way he destroyed blueno was awesome! yup the thing with gear 4 is that it goes against the trope of having the cool transformation that most battle shounen have, even doffy laughed when he saw it. what people wanted was gear 5 and they got a form where it looks like luffy is in constant pain.
that's true, we don't know much about it and considering we are getting closer the one piece, we might learn about it soon. i feel like the moment im or blackbeard capture poseidon luffy would start taking action about this. yeah there's been theories regarding his beard braids and how it possibility connects to cerberus and hydra devil fruits, it could be cool! yeah that's true, enel and the moon are too fascinating to not be back into the story.
he already had the germa suit though lol! it would be interesting to see what upgrade sanji will get now that he has accepted his cyborg side.
