Still, I don't think he was fully prepared for what he was in for. On the other hand, Shia is a breakout character imo from this show now. Her personality and actions are mong the most entertaining, besides Kinji. |

| Finally caught up, but still these "criticism of working society" mangas, oh man. Eight episodes in and i have no idea what this show is about, is it a critique of society ? Is it about not paying your rent ? Isekai ? Saving the world ? Fighting Skynet ? It surely cant be a comedy right ? This entire isekai + company work thing just does not work with each other at all. Also can't omit the fact how every high positioned key boss in this show is a woman in a tight clothes, you know, a good old "working OL" fetish lol. And now he has a gun ? Like what. |

| The plan is set for Kinji to become a world dominator...to pay off his loans. And Shia personally gives Kinji and Wanibe her training regime to grow them strong. But for Kinji, it's literally "Magic School 101" because he just couldn't understand the power system with Shia's explanation by sheer physical power alone. Magic is also another factor of prowess, and is easily forgotten by the Otherworlder. SHIT, Kinji broke down, all that hard work essentially is wasted down the drain with how unprepared he is for a gag joke, but with a collectively sound mind. And the handgun that Kinji has been holding from the very beginning, mysteriously came to life from Rim's mana, all it takes is the common password QWERTY to unlock its potential. And so starts the expedition into the Dungeon to catch up to Belza's adventurer groups, and monsters to take down. Rim's enthusiasm is as easy as to awake her for extermination, but Kinji's handgun (that needs mana energy refresh according to the situation) makes him the invincible One Shoot Man. WOW some fanservice too is included, but Kinji's gotta get his act together against the handgun that's like a yandere stalker. WHO'S THE INSANE ONE NOW? |

| Ninomiya goes on to train with Shia as her instructor cuz he's too weak to even enter a dungeon, let alone fight there. LOL. It's about time he realized that he's in a different world and he's probably the weakest there. That gun tho... where can you find such an artifact. Love that gun. This was one of the funniest episodes of this show. LOL |

| Shia Sensei Fanservice was just *chef kiss*. Ninomiya's struggling with Shia's training. Seems like he will never be the fighter type in the isekai world. I love how Ninomiya is only learning about the world’s leveling and magic system 8 episodes in… Him breaking down a few hours later and then a few minutes later he had full control over his own mental state. That's some high level skills. Rimu and trap in the background playing around while Ninomiya is trying to come up with a plan and it ends with Ninomiya gaining an system-like gun? LOL Thanks to that Gun, we got some Wanibe/Shia fanservice in the end. |

| Oh yeah it's isekai so this world has magic too, but Ninomiya can't use it, he has that very OP and sentient gun which password was "qwerty" lmao but that behavior was totally crazy, especially how it absorbed the mana everywhere and even erased the clothes xDD |

| Not my favorite episode. I feel like Ninomiya's character is all over the place. I honestly don't know why he would care that he's not that strong, because up to this point, his strength was his wit and wisdom, so him all of a sudden whining about being weak felt out of place. Not to mention him crying that he wanted to return to Japan is silly, since just an episode ago, he had that opportunity and turned it down himself. Animation looked a little iffy at times too. Hopefully they can recover on that department as well. |
| Don't understand why Shia got mad at Ninomiya when he didn't do anything to cause it eating their clothes. It just happened. They can all hear it talking, and he didn't command it. |

| Oh training to awakening Kinji's magic? Shia got it good with that training outfit. But they all forgot, the Great Boss Kinji actually didn't got any magic power inside of him, Kinji himself also didn't realize how important that fantasy type thing on the world he was in at that time. Kinji, previously became a great boss directly got down, and depressed by the whole situations. Only now there, you had regrets for not coming back to Japan previously, Kinji-sama? Looks like not, because the power of the cheep booze, and little taunting to the god, the usual Kinji back at his goody shape again. But, the god pranked him after Kinji cursed at his drunk, made him realized, its not that easy to get that ultimate weapon out of thin air. There's always be an expensive cost to paid that. The same like how he first found Rimmu, the dragon pink waifu. Differently, the weapon was a possessive one, with quite troublemaker function at 'her' first attribution. Oh yeah, Kinji did that lucky leecher moment too, making me remember for a certain scene at a certain show. Kekw. Oh well. Get well soon, Ninomiya Kinji. |

Just when we thought Ninomiya would have some fighting capabilities now, his gun turned out to be a yandere. First Rim, now a yandere gun, all his assets have huge risks lmao, but at least they're very powerful. Ranga and Rim play fighting was really adorable. Looking forward to the next episode, we got new enemies to clap. |
