The moment of choosing for Frankenstein's fate, and the Noblesse Raizel did just that to protect him from Ragar and Gejutel, and train him instead to be Raizel's personal butler while under shelter. And before ramen, there was tea.

The Previous Lord is lenient towards Frankenstein, but not all Nobles are happy for that matter a.k.a Urokai Agvain (another Noble), and even worse, a blood pact/contract would solidify things between him and the impenetrable Noblesse.

Frankenstein going full ham with his Dark Spear, and Raizel has to control him with the blood pact to keep him from going berserk (of course, at the expense of his own life). And with that, their first relationships formed.

The daily life has changed the Noblesse, and Getujel taking his leave knowing things are well. But things over in Noble Land isn't so well...and with the new Lord, thus begins the subjugation of young clan leader Seira from older brother Rael of the Kertia Clan.

Waiting for big things to happen, huh.

So cool to see how Raizel and Frankenstein’s relationship has developed over the years. Raizel gave up a lot to take him in and despite his usual emotionless expression, really cares for him.

I’m curious as to what happened to the other lord though, in human years a long time has passed, but for Nobles it hasn’t been too long so he shouldn’t have died of age or anything. The new lord seems to be much more radical and tyrannical. Just as we thought everyone could live in peace, she has to stir the pot again.

Excited to see where this retrieve seira mission goes next week. Great ep.

So, the master-servant relationship between Raizel and Frankenstein all started with Raizel subduing a frenzied Franken through a blood pact? Neat.

Franken stating that Raizel has grown attached to his current lifestyle was sweet too, and even Gejutel telling Regis to enjoy his current life was unexpectedly wholesome of him.

So we get to see more of the past. Interesting to see how they became friends and formed their blood pact. Hopefully they don't get into too much trouble and Seira doesn't get her mind read/taken away...

For a backstory like this, it was sure well made I think, and especially because Frankenstein's character is really interesting, and the action moments are always great thanks to the soundtracks

Loved it simply because of more Franky moments. Frankenstein is my favourite character this season for sure. Also man I feel bad for how Rai has lived probably most of his life. Makes me appreciate the slice of life moments with the kids, M21, Takeo, Tao, Regis and Seira in school or at the house a lot more

An additional backstory behind the first meeting of Rai and Franken. Frankenstein and Raizel, both of them, unironically needed by each others. As if connected by a thread of destiny, the events that occur before and later on were a sign for their eternal bond to be made off. Its deeper than the master-servant relationship, until they've made the blood pact within each others, they were really needed to each others. Its like, they both were a family, new family. The lord aggree, everyone couldn't do anything to prevent it. Great!

Then, Gejutel, finally realized why Raizel denied to come back. After a long time, Raizel has never been change. Everyone surrounding him were the one to have a big change that made him enjoy his life, more than before. Especially with Frankenstein too. So, he decided to cut those order out for a while, until Raizel made his own decision to come home. However, its looks like the new lord didn't satisfied much with Gejutel explanations. She even order another clan leader to forcefully brought back Seira. Now, the thing must be serious because of those young lad looks so determined to see Seira.

Lets see the next!

That blond kid that wants to bring Seira back is definitely not a good guy. I want to see Seira end that guy's whole career. XD

Anyway, the backstory between Raizel and Frankenstein continues which is great.

I didn’t understand much about how Frank became Rai’s servant or why Rai made a blood pact with him but the scene where Frank went berserk was good. It was an okay episode.

We got a lot of backstory on Frankenstein's part but I still would have liked to see more of Raizel, but alas we didn't get much. It's strange since in the end of the episode, Frankenstein and Gejutel are looking at Raizel and commenting on how he's changed, but really, he didn't. He just sits still and doesn't talk for the majority of his screen-time. Then they seem to realize that really it wasn't Raizel so much that has changed, but his surroundings, which is definitely true. So as character development, it doesn't truly hit the mark for him. But Frankenstein got some more development.

Sadly, there wasn't a comedic end credit scene. In fact, I don't recall any comedic moments from this episode.

This wasn't as good as the last previous episode, but it makes progress in the plot and the next episode looks like it might contain more Seira moments, which is always nice to look forward to.

Fuck me every which way. Not only did I assume shit was getting real when they started the show while playing the credits, but they topped off the experience with a cheeky playing the ending while rolling the credits. To pull off that kinda production you know us peeps watching are 100% invested and chomping at the bit for next eps!

Great episode, lot of perspective on the past from Frankesntein's perspective. The pact was a very compelling moment.

Raizel quelling the beast within Frankenstein was pretty stunningly animated. However, one thing remains kind of unclear to me. What is Raizel's duty? The Lord seems to be hinting at it being the continuity of races and civilization but what exactly does that entail to the point he is holed up in a mansion for decades? Some other dialogue seems to point at Rai being sort of a legendary figure/idol that people can get behind at worship but how is that linked to his 'duty'?

Loved the ending scene with Frankenstein showing how Rai has come to love the bustling atmosphere of the house, it gives him a warmth that he couldn't find in all those years of living alone in the mansion.
Gejutel seemed to come around at the very end but the current Lord isn't having any of it. Conflict to ensue.

Since the first eps were like a skip of many important events and details, the last two eps were really good. The backstory is pretty great, it shows another side of Rai's and Frankenstein's relationship.
Finally it started getting better!!!

I really enjoyed seeing how Raizel & Frankenstein met. Seeing how the deep bond between them developed and how Frankenstein saved Rai from his lonely life was so heartwarming. I'm really curious about what happened to the old Lord cause this new one seems like a bitch!

Oh wow, they left out the opening and ending to adapt more scenes. Wish they did that more often, especially for the other two webtoons that had horrendous pacing. Good episode, although ngl a lot of the relationships and scenes felt flat and forced since so much dialogue was cut out. But still very heartwarming to see that Rai's not alone anymore and he's living a better life with so many fun people around him. Really excited for the next episode though, it's what I've been waiting for since this anime started xD

So Raizel decides to take Frankenstein in and train him as his butler, but the rest of the clan leaders were not satisfied with having a noble hunter in their presence. Frankenstein went berserk again after sparing with another noble, but Raizel stepped in and saved his life by sealing Frankenstein's powers. This lead to Frankenstein forming a blood pact with Raizel.

It also seems that the current Lord now wants to bring Seira back after failing to get Raizel.

Nice episode. I think they spent a tad too much time explaining the origin of Frankenstein and Raizel's relationship, but it was informational. There are a few other things that i'd like to be explained a little such as raizels ring (but that example is pretty much a given)

Frankenstein is saying that Raizel didn't change and it was only the atmosphere and life that surrounds him: I slightly disagree with that. He has changed. Everyone is always changing, much less an immortal figure like him.

They really left out the op and ed. I went on yt to go watch them after the episode lmao. Nobody could care less if the episode's longer.

My favourite arc finally got adaptation 🤩🤩. Also for those who are confused about raizel's duty, there's a little mistranslation in crunchyroll's sub. The lord actually said "he will doubt his fellow nobles, expose their misdeed, and force them into submission. He (raizel) has a duty to protect the race, the whole concept of nobility. The earlier episode said that 'noble are powerful race that used their power to protect human'. So raizel duty is to 'force nobles that used their power for misdeed, like hurting human, into submission' (a.k.a killing them) something like that

Nitpicking here but at the start of the episode "5 Years Ago" is wrong, we're still 5 years forward on the flashback episode so it should be "5 Years Later". XP

Oh wow, I wish I'd see the former Lord in action, he's so chill. The current Lord, I'm assuming she's the daughter of the former Lord is also cool but kinda Ice-Queen-cold-bitch-feels.

That was a good backstory, we see how loyal Frankenstein is to Rai even throughout all these years. Gejutel is a good jiji, letting Regis live out his life to the fullest until the time comes he takes over as clan leader.

The old Lord was actually pretty cool and chill unlike the other nobles. Though it is understandable since Frank did kill some of their own. How will Rael do in retrieving Seira though, I am sure he will fail lmao. Looking forward to the next episode.

Frankenstein sure has an interesting past. A lot of it is still shrouded in darkness, though. Also, we have yet to learn of who Raizel truly is. According to the previous lord, he and Raizel are a pair, which just sounds.... weird.

Anyways, looks like shit will go down in the next episodes.

Who had thought Rai is such a simple guy? Also the fact to live alone for so long is crazy. At least now in seeing his relationship and the shared past with Frankenstein it makes sense why Frankenstein is so loyal towards him.

We pretty much still don't know anything about Rai himself. I guess most people also saw the Korean OVA but even there we didn't get detailed informations. Hopefully at some point in the future we will get the explanations we need to understand Rai better and maybe why he chose such a lonely life. For the moment it's the complete opposite and I'm sure even if he doesn't express it at all he's happy.

Gejutel definitely is a good guy. He has a lot of respect for Rai even after the bloodpact with a human like Frankenstein. He even lied for him in front of the new lord.

That blonde guy will most likely cause trouble. If he's able to bring Seira back to the lord this was only the beginning.

Well, afterall, aren't Rai and Fran absolutely lovely? A master-servant relationship built on respect and affection, without either part exploiting or forcing the other. Refreshingly wholesome.

The music - op/ed themes aside - keeps being beautiful or badass accordingly to the mood.
Also, bless Fran's glorious abs.
