| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Nooo this season is over... So they had captured the little qilin in order to cure the villagers from the illness that was going around. The first uncle absorbed the dead bird demon... Definitely want to know more of what that is about. The older brother who survived looked like he'll be wanting revenge, maybe he's not out of the picture yet then. We got to see the other demons and their leaders(?). Humans vs Demons war incoming. Make sure to watch the scenes after the credits too. The duck was hilarious LOL "Who am I? Where am I?" Also they showed a preview of season 2, wonder how long we'll have to wait for it... |
| Given the number of character drops we had this episode, we definitely need MOREEEEEEE. I need to find out who that duck is. |

| My love for this show has grown a lot. Really incredible work for a small team. Such a cliffhanger for upcoming episodes. Really cool seeing their water-marbling and digital drawing process at the end. I'd love to see how they did the incredible fight scenes, but maybe that would be giving away too many of their secrets haha. |

True, but I can fairly easily say its a little unfair to judge the story now. It's only 3 episodes and it's clearly unfinished. Right, but Im judging the MAL entry not the entire anime, it seems promising though. |
| This is probably one of the dark horses of anime this season (despite it being Chinese). I had fun watching it, I'm looking forward for more things to come in the future. |

| Wow wtf, that's it? Anyway, pretty good anime. Held up by only the animation, and the story here doesn't quite cut it even for what can be done in 3 eps. Well, looking forward to more anyway, because this isn't so bad. |
| Most epic action anime series I have ever seen in my life. I want to give it 10/10 but story wish nothing much happened. Anyway for its god-tier animation it deserves solid 9/10. |

| So glad the 2nd instalment with the 4 remaining episodes are out right now. Watching this back in 2020 and being left with that cliffhanger would've been BRUTAL. 9/10 for this first part though. Absolutely phenomenal. 10/10 for the 2nd part if they stick the landing; I'm imagining it's going to go insane. We are going to get the other elements, the other demons, and heck even the eldest uncle or whatever and his group looks like they can throw some hands. Let's get it. |
