| First half of the anime was really good, Second half was a total trainwreck, so messy all over the place. So many points that I don't understand 1. It still isn't clear what's going on with Elena and Kagaya's past, like why Elena made him become a monster, and what the missing memory all means, what happened to his parents. etc. (aside from the small glimpse that maybe White spirit Honoka erased it and the parents) 2. Supposedly Kaito already got all the 100 coins, and what's the dude trying to accomplish now? (aside from guarding the coins/spaceship for some reason) Why is he not cashing in the coins, is his plot just to stall people as long as he can to get revenge on the alien (for what he did) so he can't leave Earth lmfao? 3. So Yoshioka told the truth about the coin which is why the whole pact disbanded I think and they give the coin to Elena , and why they couldn't just Elena and Kagaya ally instead of fighting for what? Elena wants to stop Kaito, Clair wants information, why not give it to her? This crime game, killing people to gather coins, all end up being a subplot to some teenage drama T_T WTF with bringing Sanbe at the end, shoulda brought him from the start to fight instead of hiding him. At least with Darwin's Game, they kept Ryuuji a strong ally to use throughout. I really liked the first half, it had all the edginess and turning into monster was exciting into good fights as we led to more discoveries (in good fanservice like Clair can sexy enter the suit), but it took a weird turn second half trying to explain/show who's the good guy/bad guy @_@ Woulda been a 9/10 with just the first half, but with the second half 6/10 |

| Well that was a weak ending. I still don't understand the point of the backstory they introduced in the last 2 episodes, or why I should care about any of it. The climactic battle was about as impactful as a wet fart. Couldn't they have portrayed Elana as more than just a face inside a giant beard? In her introduction it seemed like shethe evil form was a split personality that she fell into when she got angry about something like Jekyl and Hyde, but apparently she just has the ability to transform into a face inside a flying magical beard. And same goes for Honoka who I still don't understand nor care about. It started out decent. They should have either gone for an anime original ending and properly built up to it instead of rushing to the finish line, or else treat it as episode 13 of potentially 26 and cut it off there while continuing at a good pace. Instead they kind of did both, leaving a series that feels crappy and rushed. |

| Eh, looks like the final episode is just filler lol. I wonder if they're going to introduce more monsters in the future. That town is quite boring, idk what is the point of the girl who has a crush on Shuuichi since the first episode lol. They stopped the stupid fanservice but it was too late. 5/10 for the anime. |

| decent "go read the manga" ending but it was to be expected, I knew it was something weird about shuichi's parents and I was right, Elena's power involves something with memories on top of that shadow stuff. So the final fight so to say will be against the blond dude, they have to defeat him in order to get rid of Honoka's curse. I'm going to read the manga, it was a very good anime, I'll give it a 7/10 only because the story is incomplete, hoping for a s2 |

| Underrated anime, i loved this and i pretty much can compare to Chainsaw Man (manga). This last episode was filler compared to the Manga and pretty much killed a second season. The anime is great, but, the classic, the Manga is even better. So Much HYPE. I tought in begin this would be another Gore+Psychological boring show, but it proved to be different, and i loved this. Shuichi evolved from a Shinji piece of shit to something more reasonable. Clair was not just a crazy psycho but she have conscience and emotions. The Kaito plot twist was the big moment of the story, because i and a good part of the audience really tought Honoka cold-blooded killed Aiko, and all that was a mistake, really strong and we can easily get why he become so mad. Anyway, manga is much better, without plot holes, and probably is going to end in more 1 year, being one of the best i've seen. |

What matters is what happens when you attend the wishes of people. And in this story the rule kinda is: If your emotions, dark or happy, are deep and strong enough, you can have unbelievable powers. Being too much specific, like that Lesbo girl, and you finish with shitty power. |

Another great, unfinished anime that ends on a baiting cliffhanger. If it made an effort to answer ONE of the questions it posed, I could recommend it, but I'd almost bet my left nut this won't get a season 2. |

| It could be defined as a story that is supernatural and has action, since there are monsters and they fight each other. We also find ecchi, since it deals with adult themes and shows very naturally both the female and male body, because the series aims to reach young audiences. In addition, it has a touch of mystery that surrounds it and makes us want to know a little more of the story behind it. |
| That was some weird Evangelion shit (jk) at the end there with all the ghost Honoka's standing around and Shuuichi stabbing Elena is his mind. Something to do with his memories and not disappearing, right? This was one of the most unsatisfying open ended endings I've seen in a while. Overall I found the show entertaining, some episodes less so. Didn't really like the direction it took with Shuuichi and Clair joining the coin hunting group, just seemed to derail their objective looking for Elena more than help it. I zoned out on how they actually left the group so glad it returned focus to the two of them in the end. Also expected more gore. Was a weird one, would give a 7.5, rounded down, I suppose. |
| So first I though Elena erased his memories because his parents died... but now it seems like that protects him from that Honoka ghost somehow? Last episode raised more questions than it answered. Was an alright show, definitely enjoyed it the most in the middle. Beginning was alright and the ending was a bit weak. There wasn't really a character I was rooting for either. 6/10 |
| Geez, such a mixed bag. The art and animation drive the shows rating for sure. The story is a Battle Royale to collect coins but by the last episode, I was confused and had no idea wtf was going on. It just came across as rushed and poorly explained and made it seem like you gotta read the manga to understand everything. Now there's no season 2 so it's a incomplete anime. 6/10. |

| I enjoyed it overall. It didn't make complete sense and it felt really rushed. Reading the comments, I see that the last episode was anime only and it shows. I only watched this show because I came across the ED song on spotify and decided to give it a chance. I had zero expectations and looking at Shuichii's monster design, I figured I'd hate it! Overall, I enjoyed it. The first half was really good but the forrest part and after fell flat and rushed. It'll go into my "enjoyed it and might revisit one day for nostalgia purposes" part of the brain. If we ever got a season 2, that would be awesome but if not, I enjoyed the ride. |

| Well was a fine anime my favourite thing that happened in this was the transformation with Yoshioka that was actually cool and had me excited and also the fighting scene with Aoki. the rest of the show bit eh with an unfinished ending on the anime side. 7/10 |
| The fight scenes are top tier, but the plot is so convoluted. Why anyone does what they do is so vague. I feel it's rushed or something because we dont get a clear understanding of each character's motives. |
| This anime is the definition of throwing random shit into the cauldron and expecting a Banquet to be served. I know that this actually needs a second season or smthn, but the plot just doesn't make sense for lord's sake. It feels like the plot points exists just coz it exists, and nothing makes sense with each other. I felt like I wasted a good chunk of my time trying to plough through this dry ass anime |

| The final episode did not give a proper resolution. It's just a set up for what would have been season 2, which until now hasn't materialised. |
