| Too much substance and information missing from the manga in this adaptation. Such a shame, since the manga actually starts expanding even more the character arcs (which unfortunately are already lacking from the previous omissions) really nicely by this point. |

| Whoa, that fight was legitimately good and the interactions between the main characters are pretty fun. Stupid writing aside and dumb tropes aside (ugh yanderes thirsting over MC's dick), this anime is actually decent for an edgy death game series. At least much better than the trashy battle royale anime that have come before. I'm looking at you, King's Game, Plunderer, Big Order, and Mirai Nikki... |
| Is it me, or Kaname getting more used to D-Game as means of escapism or wanting to escape truthfully after the GM's Treasure Hunt bait? The clan that Kaname went after is strong and not for the faint of heart. Nevertheless, getting targeted by the No. 1 player (Xuelan) is no harmless joke after the Treasure Hunt event. But being at this point, it's all cat-and-mouse chase in the writing department (not to mention cut content). The fight itself was the strongest point of this episode with the strong animation. With the impending fight, Xuelan admits her loss and joins Kaname's clan Sunset Ravens. But with as such, only 2 episodes left and the resolution still undetermined. Not to mention, Wang's still on the loose. |

Believe me or not, more than half of the dumb writing in this anime was caused by how rushed the adaptation is compared to the manga from the very start (to the point where they omitted completely at least 2-3 major characters and their respective storylines (which by the way cover a lot of background/"worldbuilding") from it in order to cover as much ground as possible in 11 episodes. The source material is surprisingly solid and decently packed overall for battle royale manga standards, and the characters aren't quite as flat as "wannabe yandere Yuno", which was what became of Shuka's characterization despite them going as far as introducing her story arc plot way earlier. This episode also had the courtesy of omitting entirely both Danjou's and Liu Xuelan's backstories to boot. |

| Episode was alright, kinda bummed that the fight between the other clan was so short. Would've preferred seeing a lot more about it rather than the fight against Xuelan. She was highkey annoying me and I didn't like her one bit. I feel really bad for Kaname's friend from School given that he has no fingers anymore and all just cause he was worried for his friends. |

| So much for Xuelan being the #1 ranked player; she was easily beaten lol. Everything seems to always work in the MC's favor... Another battle-heavy episode this time around. Wasn't really all that enjoyable. It's annoying how every single person Kaname fights ends up becoming his ally. I'm not looking for some generic shit straight out of a shounen. |

| Kaname sure likes his dangerous woman. So basically Sunset Raven have become one of the top clans right having so many strong people there, really feels like we are close to and end knowing all the top ranked players at this point. |

| Damn, that was an awesome battle. Always a treat to see Shuka in battle. And she was extremely awesome this episode. She managed to go head to head with the first ranked player in all of D-Game. Just breathtaking. Damn the Eighth Clan for abducting Kaname's friend and... cutting off his fingers... what the actual hell? I hope every one of those Eighth Clan bastards die. Massacre them, Sunset Ravens. |

This episode turned my opinion on the MC around a bit. It's obvious to me at this point that he isn't going to Dirty Harry anything so at least he is entertaining in his combat. Very nice fight scene in the car chase. Good female addition to the group. Looks like everybody is going to Wang Chung tonight..... or tomorrow night. |

| Okay, this was probably my favorite episode. Xuelan is such a badass woman and the things she proposed LOL. Anyway, the car fight was pretty incredible. Espically when Shuka entered the battle. Can't believe that they're all still alive and the most bizzare thing, she joined their clan. Well, I don't think anyone can beat them now. Rip sudou's friend |

| The fight was nice and I was excited to meet Xuelan shame they just turned her into another Shuka that wants to have his kids. Kanames friend is in trouble more pickled fingers from the jar guess we will get a confrontation between the clans soon since they have him as hostage things are moving. |
| To me this whole kidnapping thing seemed really random, and then having Xuelan be an assassin and want to poach Kaname came up as, at least somewhat, convoluted. Especially considering she just turns around and joins Sunset Ravens anyhow. That in of itself seems like a rush too, suddenly Kaname is the leader of what could be argued as the strongest clan now. I can't exactly expect a satisfying conclusion within 2 episodes either. As a side note, if we're going to have a character offer the MC sex, then just once I'd like the MC to act on it. Where is that anime? I'll turn around and watch that anime right now. |
