| It definitely ain't the art and animation that's holding this story together, nor is it the story itself. I'm most intrigued by the character interactions and the promising character development that they have going on. I hope this show delivers to my expectations. It's not gonna be the AOTS for me because of the atrocity that was episode 3 but I still have high hopes of it being a decent 8/10 show in the end. |
| holy shit they actually saved it from episode 3. animation was better, dialogue was better, and the story is moving into some interesting ancient, vampire, elf shit. good job show. it's rare to be able to do a 180 and wash the sheets that quick after shitting the bed. |
| How the fuck is chopping off the finger of the guy who's got a gun pointed at a cop's head a problem? I know Japan's police are better behaved than America's, but that's just stupid. Especially for a story like this. Anyways, still quite a fun anime. |

| Back to form aren't we? Unfortunately that raises more questions than answers. Zelada may be defeated for now (he's not actually dead), but LN readers do not spoil. And the old police chief who betrayed Matoba and Tilarna. However, case closed for the illegal fairy for now. Onto the next arc then. Vampires and such. Tilarna is one heck of an interrogator, because the body in the coffin is no mere alien, even though it's essentially the same species. A slower pace than the past few episodes, but it's slowly eating away my attention. |

| Yeah, finally got to watch, that was really good and it's awesome seeing Tilarna continue into quite the badass. @DangerMouseDM Definitely! I do enjoy it when characters, especially ones that look cute and fragile, prove to be hard to beat. |

| oof. seems like the poor animation/storyboarding/sound design is here to stay. team clearly had nobody reviewing or didn't have the time to correct mistakes; they were constant and jarring. if someone reads this, happens to have watched on, and feels those weaknesses do improve as time goes on, i'd appreciate a message <3 i did enjoy this duo even with the poor production quality, but it's almost laughable here, and i'm spending more time clipping silly little bits of the show to show friends than i am watching. |
