| At first I was scared that he actually somehow made it out alive which would have been dumb af. Also I thought maybe someone was disguising himself as yugo (also glad that didn't happen) This was a pretty emotional chapter with a beautiful last panel. |

| It was a beautiful goodbye chapter. It was great to see the arrival of the kids at the shelter from Yuugo's point of view, and to see how they gave meaning to his life. When he and Lucas got to see their old friends, I just couldn't hold back the tears anymore. Incredibly emotional. Easily a 5 out of 5 for me. |

| i am fuckinnn brokeeennNNNn i cant i have never cried so much bc of a manga before. yuugo was my favorite character and to see that he wanted to kill himself before the kids arrived really destroyed me. i wanted yuugo to reach the human world so bad.. i think it would've made me even happier than the kids reaching the world bc he was just suffering for so long and just deserves to be finally free after so many years.. | Emma didn't want to face the reality of Yuugo and Lucas' deaths but even her subconscious knew that they not coming back by giving her his final words of encouragement entirely in a dream. It was shocking that Yuugo almost actually killed himself on the day Emma visited the shelter. If they didn' barge in uninvited to his little tea party, he never would've gotten anywhere, let alone avenge his friends. His last thoughts about how grateful he was for them nearly made me cry but him and Lucas happily reuniting with his friends in heaven was the breaking point for me. Thank you, Yuugo... May you and everyone with you rest in peace. |
