| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Mayoi is still cute as ever :o Looks like we got an appearance from a major character (Godot) this episode too that was advertised from the key visual. The episode also had the usual character gags with some wacky personalities. It seems the episode has a problem with a thief. Time for Ryuuichi to get to work. I want to see how they'll focus on this upcoming court battle. |

| Cousin girl's visit. Ah, there's some festival in their house. Kaijin Kamen Mask? Kamen Rider x Mask guy from Sailor Moon x Kaito Kids? He stole their family vase? Suspicious guy in the bar... A lady who was involved in a case is working in exhibition. Detective appearing. Really looks weak Kamen Mask... and has unique hairstyle. A lady, his wife (?), came. According to her, he thinks he's Kamen Mask because he likes him. The girls are sad because he's helping her (he's investigating him). Investigating at different places. That suspicious guy in the bar is enemy lawyer, huh. |

| The anime is still a poor adaptation of the visual novel. The original Vn is my no.3 fave game so I'm highly dissapointed. THEY SKIPPED CASE 1 OF TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS! WTF! |

| Hmmm, pacing doesn't feel too shabby so far. The real test now is how the trial is done. The first episode for this season felt better than most of the episodes for the first season, so I'm intrigued to see if that'll continue or if it was a fluke. Nonetheless, already decently delighted that the improved art has continued from the first episode! Onward to our favorite coffee addict, Godot! They better have some sort of remix of his theme. Since they bothered to bring back case 2-1 for the first episode, there's no way they'll skip a case at the magnitude of 3-1. Whether that's a good idea and it'll be executed decently is a whole another question that remains to be seen. |

WTF! dude, are you drunk? there's no way they are going to skip 3-1, 2-1 is introduction case for maggey that will appear on 3-3 and if i guessed this wright they are going to adapt it on this timeline 2-1 > 3-2 > 3-3 > 3-4 > 3-1 > 3-5 3-4 before 3-1 will make more sense for people who haven't played the game yet because the girl is revealed on 3-1 but keep as secret on 3-4 and it's also make more sense chronologically instead of adapting 3-1 this early then made pauses with it by adapting 3-2 and 3-3 after that it also made sense and connected with 3-5 because 3-4 is where phoenix checking old case after the event on 3-5 it works better the way the game presented it for aa story standpoint. I can't explain for spoiler reasons because of the rules of the forum |

| Hmm, not fan of slapstick or on-screen hot headed screaming and this episode was full of it. Thankfully, they got back on rails towards the end but still a very weak episode, not to mention the premise. And character personalities seems to be a bit different. So far I like S1 better for the most part (save one or two bad trials there) Have watched unburgered subs but there were still a lot burgers around, what a shame. It always bothers me when they say different things from subs. |
