| Finally starting this one after many years putting it on my plan to watch list. Wait, CGDCT with post apocalyptic war setting? This one is gonna be philosophical for sure. Am i supposed to be healing after watching this? I get Made in Abyss vibes here, but hopefully not that kind of depression. |

| Looks like this is going to be an incompetent drag to watch already. The tonal dissonance—especially after Yuuri held Chito at gunpoint—seems clumsy, and begs the question why two girls who don't trust each other in the least are travelling together. One of them is characterised entirely by being a greedy, useless ditz (in a world allegedly short on food rations), while the other is defined by her exasperation and hatred for the aforementioned airhead. Both of them have no chemistry with each other whatsoever, and I highly doubt their dynamic can carry for twelve episodes before it grows stale. |

| Simplistic character designs on a detailed background is my jam. So far the world seems to be in a state of war or after a war. The lore seems interesting, I hope we get more of it later. The thing I love the most is how the show never explicitly explains the state of the world, we the audience have to figure out that for ourselves. |

| Well, That was a beautiful premier episode. One of the most beautiful post apocalyptic things I've seen. It's funny how they kept talking about War but we're doing goofy stuff lol. I'm sold on this! |

| Holy shit the vibes are on point already in episode 1. I never knew i needed a SOL heavy anime centred around 2 girls just wandering, chilling and having fun in a war driven industrialist heavy metropolis set in a post-apocalyptic winter world as much as now. Also with the added occasional philosophy over the meaning of life and how war is hell. I'm half curious whether they'll actually do some really dark and emotional "war is hell" turn later down the line, but also half don't want it to and it to be this kinda super chill vibed show. |

| War is the worst to have ever happened in the history of Humanity. It seems the war has long since ended, but there doesn't seem to be anyone else left in their vicinity. I wonder where the other humans have gone? I hope the girls find safety under the care of adults in a working society. This scene honestly shocked and scared me. You should never aim your gun at another person if you don't intend to shoot! But well, they're just kids. Among Us! |

| Good first episode, I'm watching in dub but I'm not sure if I should. I don't know why but this kinda reminds me of the movie Mad God, at least the part in "the hole" did. But 12 episodes of this no conflict? I don't know, maybe something bad is gonna happen. |
| It was a rather interesting first episode. Definitely not a fan of the character design the faces are really wide and goofy looking. I'm a little confused so I'm not really sure what to expect. Is this a serious anime? The black haired girl had flashbacks that seemed sad. I did find some of the parts to be cute tbh. Why did they go down the tunnel and after getting out they shoot a gun for fun? Why were they in war? How long were the girls hiding? How does their car still have fuel lol . Its weird the black haired girl didn't know what chocolate was but seemed to know a lot of background info about what was going on. Totally not funny or quirky to point a gun at the only other person alive for a bar of food, especially when you're trying to kill the smart one. Where did the gun even come from? The music was pretty nice This does give me made in abyss vibes |
