This episode was actually kinda creepy. The existence of this girl..

Made the episode felt like somewhat of a horror movie. We also got some info dump on the other characters with connections to the mysterious phenomenons including experimentation subjects.

This was a really creepy episode, but also very interesting. Seems like Takuru is starting to have delusions now, and compared to Takumi's (from what I can remember, at least) they seem much more morbid this time around, which kinda fits well with the tone this episode was going for.

Now that we're getting back into stuff like Di-Swords and Gigalomaniacs, I hope it's handled here a lot better than it was in the Chaos;Head anime, as I really didn't like the idea as well as its execution there.

Awesome episode, Damn, This is like miles above the original Chaos;Head. xD

The atmosphere of this episode was awesome, had a real horror feel to it and was thrilling even.

Lot of interesting information dropped this episode especially regarding the experiments with the 11th Rorschach test.
We have a survivor, a missing probable Gigalomaniac, underground experiments, delusional victims. We got everything man, I can't wait to see where this heads.

Also, I think I forgot but how did the trio get into the hospital? I don't recall any such thing happening in the last episode.

I agree that this is getting worse from my perspective and the underwhelming quality of how they behave vs how they are supposed to behave as teenagers is simply bringing in the low quality experience.
I mean, everyone is basically a senseless idiot and that worthless red haired girl is obviously a psychic crap.

At the last scenes of Episode 3 before the ending song, you will see Takuru received a text from Itou about AH Hospital while looking at a picture of his family on his phone.

This episode was actually really creepy. Takuru's delusions were very disturbing, as well as that crazy bitch pushing the stroller.

This is getting more interesting by the second. I do wonder how they will finish the story in one season. Praying it gets a second season so it ends on a high note.

This episode was weird as fuck, especially with all of Takuru's creepy delusions. There was also a lot of interesting info that was explained and talked about in the episode as well.
People on MAL refuse to actually enjoy watching anime.

Looks like Taku has the potential to unlock his Di-Sword and become a Gigalomaniac since he's the only one reacting to the Eleventh Rorschach (Sumo Sticker).

It was so creepy episode, made me not to move on my seat. *shivers*

So Taku and Onoe already went on the underground facility back then, though I wonder how they got there. The underground facility researching on the Gigalomaniacs just like the Nozomi group of C;H, though they didn't completed the research because they shutdown cause by the earthquake.

Hype for the next episode.

4 eps in, I kinda like it better than Chaos Head, quality wise and also story wise. but ultimately...need see how the main character miyashiro develops, cause the way Takumi developed in the prequel...was just..plain....hard to watch.. confusing as well.

i thought i have heard the name "Rorschach" before, and then I immediately think of "The Watchmen" movie dunno if thats a reference, but i'm pretty sure those images are in Rorschach mask

btw, this is really getting good, tho i understand the others of the setting on this episode, haven't seen Takuru get this freak out on the other cases, but he is in here and freaking out, but i'm pretty sure that this has to do with the place they are

Hiding in the cabinets from zombies reminded me of Deadly Premonition.
This was an alright episode, doesn't have any strong characters though, so it's not that interesting.

Best episode yet!!!
But agree it was creepy in somewhat of a paranormal abandoned hospital ghost hunt kind of way. Amazing how lab coat lady was able to connect the dots from previous series where these events fall into place- kept me interested the entire episode.
The illusions Taku faced really screwed me up in thinking whether he was gaining those psychic powers, or just having flashbacks.

Oh damn.... Well it's obvious now that Takaru has gigalomaniac potential. I wonder if he'll get his di-sword...

The sumo sticker is just "3rd eye awakening" shit. The brain is 2 (two faces), and the 3rd eye is an ancient reference to the minds eye. The premise here is that the 3rd eye opening basically means you can see the matrix and start bending the rules. Cults love their freaky ancient symbolism.

Those were some disturbing delusions going on.

Yeah, and now try to tell me Mio is actually very nice girl when she almost suffocated an innocent girl. Even worse, others were actually pretty okay with it (!) And some of their previous reactions were also pretty questionable before, there's no way young students would go happily exploring deeper underground when they were so frightened by zombie delusions before (why noone even questioned that shared delusion?). And don't tell me there were no passwords or safeguards in the hospital if such crucial and top-secret informations were there. Like hell! Not to mention Mio only played role of infodump and only served as catalyst to show everything to them. I really believe this is all just a play on them to turn them into gigalomaniacs but exposing them to a dangers situations they would want to escape by creating delusions.

Wonder why Uki was there though, it seems pretty suspicious for a lone girl to attend all those madmen.

Still, I'm slowly getting kinda lost here and I believe more explanations were missing. But at least we have a proof they were trying to create gigalomaniacs in several parallel experiments, not only by using Noah-2. Albeit this one experiment seems to be unsuccesful. Yeah, and Di-Swords, have to remember those too. Well, the word itself doesn't seem so special in english but during playing the game I always found it intriguing that Japanese are pronouncing it as 'disorder' - well, it's actually pretty obvious. Conincidence? I don't think so.

But it's strange. Takuru and Onoe had probably hidden themselves in the hospital during earthquake in 2009 and that's why they have a memory of Senri being there. But then I have to keep asking myself why he was shown at ground zero when it happened and why he wasn't injured or something.

Anyway, with Rorscharch test, it's confirmed now that Takuru is real gigalomaniac, special one, the same as Taku was. I just find it kinda strange there was no reaction from others when Onoe is clearly telepathy-gifted gigalomaniac too.

Please don't start with Watchmen here, it has nothing to do with them. In fact, Watchmen only took an inspiration from real tests which goes back to 1960s. Please do your homework, people:

I just started watching this anime and I gotta say 3 1/2 episodes in (watching #4 as I write this) I can't stand the MC.

It is like he is bipolar, moving between being meek one moment and then being all arrogant the next. This unexplained and 180° flip behavior is really distracting me from the slow plot progression.

I hope it gets better. I'll give it a few more episodes before I decide to banish it to "dropped" status.

*EDIT* okay, I kept watching and things start to sorta make sense, but dang, the way they portrayed his character here in chapter 4 wanted to make me rage quit.

I liked this episode.

Suddenly there are some dark vibes of an horror abandoned hospital like in Silent Hill.

Moment in morgue is something, really dark and unique. Hiding in a box for corpses 🤮 Mainchar was lucky and hugged a girl there but his friend... hugged a corpse 🤮🤮🤮 Poor guy.

One of the best episodes fr.
