| Waaaaaaahhhh, that was really great! I hope they continue with this good pacing that's started in Meikyuu, and keep it till the end. Not having played the VN, I wasn't sure how to feel about Asako, but by the end of the ep she proved to be a great character, I can see why she became the Master for Yuuji. And ofc, Yuuji's backstory may just be the best and the deepest harem MC‘s backstory I was lucky to watch.C: John was so cute! I'll miss you, little buddy. ;w; |

| Absolutely loved the 1st episode of Rakuen. Even thou havn't read the VN, i still feel that rushed pacing thru-out 1st episode. but perfectly executed. Asako is so amazing! Immediately noticed that the ED was performed by vocalist of fripside. 5/5. |

| Excellent start to this show, though in a sense this was just part 2 of Meikyuu. The true Rakuen story starts after all the flashbacks are done afterall. Yuuji, despite the F'd up first 7 years, really had it good once Asako and JB stepped in. JB mothering him like that.... I wonder if she would ever have figured back then that .... Ah well, I'm looking forward to seeing how they show Asako's death, and I wish we'd get more of the story with Yuuji's mates in the military. Just the scenes in the ED aren't enough. I wanna see them interact. |

| Another in-depth episode of Yuuji's past, and the so called Asako Yuuji speaked of in season 1. JB got her time to work her magic in this episode. The cooking scene and feeding Yuuji her food was quite nice. Asaka calling herself a God, yea it totally fits her. She's a goddess worthy of that title. RIP John |

| JOOOOOHN!! :( That show really ate dog. hehehe That episode sure as shown another side of JB. That face she made when Yuuji asked for her help, it was both really cute and funny. The pace for that episode was much more natural than the first season. We got to see Yuuji slowly grow from a catatonic state to the one of strong young boy. In the end, we know that Asako die. I wonder if it's related to that ''event'' they were referring to, when talking about her eye. |

| Poor dog.. but I guess scenes like that are to be expected from this series. And it was nice to finally see Asako's and Yuuji's relationship. Good start. I have the feeling this could turn out to be even better than Kajitsu tv series. |

| Think I started watching grisaia no kajitsu because I saw a scene on youtube or somewhere if our chad thot slayer mc yuuji and thought, "yes, now THIS is a harem protagonist". Then I actually watched and well, it just felt really, strange?? Like wtf is this?? Does this man have such skills for no reason other than to look cool? Like what is going on....? I'm pretty much an anime only watcher, so I decided to go look at the source material. Oh, I realized, this is only the small part of a bigger picture. Kajitsu was him basically just taking a break and wanting a normal life. This is not just a ecchi harem show, man's actually a highly trained agent of whatever cia rip off they made. These past couple episodes of his backstory really cleared up stuff, now I get how he is why he is. Anyway, here I am now, finished that portion which was basically extreme ecchi slice of life, and now, we get some real meat??! |

| I know he couldn't bring himself to kill the bear, but it definitely felt unsatifying. Not killing Marlin (who was drugged out of her mind, a friend, and forced to fight) is understandable, but some bear that killed your pet? I wonder when the fear of killing truly struck him. Haven't reread the VN in a while, so maybe I missed something. |
