Terrible Human Being.

Some time earlier... kinda from ep no 5 I was thinking. I wouldn't mind if some one dropped a Nuke on these Genocidal Maniacs and their Building (Simeon)

Btw Saten has been the only person from Simeon up to now who has appeared not super evil.

Aruka's last words to the resistance she instructed Saten to kill were hitler evil. Saten was very kind to them in that situation. He said sorry and he gave them a quick and clean end. Then afterwards of course Aruka went and tore through all their corpses with her bare hands (as stated last episode)

Saten clearly protected people where he could protect them. And when Eve was captured he was supposed to be mean to her but he was was apologetic and as gentle as he could be without giving away he was being kind.

When It was Game Over for them in the room Saten intervened to stop the Death Squad and kick the body of the death squad girl who brainwashed Eve to The Priest to save Disc's failed effort to save Blade, save Eve, and save Everyone.

I can't hate a character who is saving the heroes from absolutely evil blood slurping monsters and when he does kill heroes, apologizes for doing so.

Akura on the other hand. Horrible, Horrible Character.

The evil of Akura, Arklight, And all the bastards and bitches at Simeon is beyond Hitler Level.

The leader of the resistance did well to do what he did.

Those resistance waifus got massacred. Such a waste of fine meat! They should've been enslaved or recruited to the girl squad instead.

We're getting the full backstory now that we know that she's the traitor, that's just sad... and that end doesn't look good for Cruz at all

I'm surprised some of the earlier comments think Cruz would've actually died here. Between him being a main character, a kid, this anime being fond of cliffhangers, and the preview spoiling you that he lives — it's obvious he didn't die.
