Yeah a lot of dialouge though it was all done by one person. Every character played by the same person was kind of confusing, especially with the audio quality.
But it was nice. Old Disney like.

Out of the old anime, Norakuro has one of the most decent story, art and voice acting.
Also, whatever black and white anime discussion I go to, Retro8bit and IntrovertTurtle are here :D
