| Agree as I just rated it a 6 after the second episode. Some things with the story just felt wrong and don't get me started with the animation for the main character... |

| after watching this episode, i didnt feel anything, nor that it is interesting nor that it is boring.... i would give it 8 ( for the whole series) because im kinda expecting something to happen ^^ |

| Decided to drop the series after this episode, poor performances by the Seiyuu, irritating characters, ugly character design and poor animation quality, Plus the plot is fairly uninspired, also the 'violence' is laughable, it did make me think of Elfen Lied because of the nature of the violence, but the thought I had was 'Elfen Lied's violence is MUCH more believable than this'. Another one for the 'dropped series' box. |

| Might give it another ep, might not... depends on how I'm feeling when it comes out. Not really impressed though. A snake, and a jellyfish thing? Kinda cool. Some weird arm that turns into a blob with big eyes? Not so much. But maybe that's just me. Anyone know what VA that is for the guy right at the opening (and the end)? I was racking my brain trying to place it, but I couldn't no matter how hard I tried. (Watch, it's amazingly simple or incredibly obscure...) |
| can someone tell me 1 thing. if i search "ayakashi" in veoh i can find 4 episodes( first, second, third and fourth), but they arent subbed. but if they are released, shouldnt the subs come faster? cause still it comes 1 ep each week ( subbed ep) so can anyone tell me why is that? |

| I laughed when Yuu yelled 'Stop it!' Sounded like he was dying instead >.> And his transformed state looks stupid. And as its only going to be 12 eps, I don't think it'll get that much better. But I think I'll stick around for two more eps, maybe. |

| i dont think that it is very seriously lacking art... maybe it is not quite good as it should be ( because its 2008 anime), but you can still watch it :) |

| If the 3rd ep isn't any better I'm dropping it. The animation is not very good, the characters seem pretty flat, it doesn't really have a plot. |

| Man i can't believe that guy killed all those people just standing around. Very Elfen Lied. Im enjoying the show but the story seems a bit weak at the moment so im hoping they will improve on that in the coming episodes. |
| Yea the dialogue just doesn't flow right and the art is sort of half assed. Probably going to watch another episode or two before dropping it. I think Persona Trinity Soul is enough "high school kids with weird semi transparent things floating around them" for me for this season and it's executed a little better than this series. |

| Hmmm Elfen Lied wannabe? If this was supposed to be drama it didnt reach me much. Well needless killing yeah. But people are cutted to half and they still move themselves and are wtf and only 2 minutes later when just btw there was a kid passing by their upper body fall and loads of blood come out? It will have to do better than this... Going for 6 by now. |

| its sh!tty so far but o well its only 12 eps so i guess i'll watch the whole thing anyways, i doubt it could get worst than the 1st and 2nd episodes |

| What an awkward action scene! That's not just a low budget at work, that's outright poor workmanship. It's narratively clumsy, too. Some kids we've never seen before suddenly are friends with Yuu and become really important. Eimu doesn't even try to stop Sanada from killing all those random people and there isn't even a reaction shot of her which makes it seem like she's indifferent, yet she starts to cry after the battle's over. Unless she was crying because Yuu used his powers, which she didn't want to happen. That makes her sound like one of those dull female characters who only care about the male lead. Speaking of Yuu, what a hilarious squawk he let out when he was "awaking"! |

| The pace feels incredibly fast, but that's to be expected, as the visual novel it's adapting is nearly ten times longer. The Ayakashi powers themselves are quite interesting. Invisible, runed monsters that can change their forms isn't something you see everyday. |
