Copy paste... almost. Same same but different. Isekai, main gets engaged (Not yet married unfortunately), gets cozy with powerful figures, and starts living well off. Oh, and is OP. So if you liked Kenja no Mago, Hachi-nan tte, Sore wa Nai deshou! might be another you'll like. You'd be surprised how similar they are! All we need now is a second season for both of these

Similarities: 1. Both MC started their ordinary lives as adults. 2. Both found themselves in an alternate world where they have to start from scratch. 3. Both were able to become powerful mage. 4. Both have a couple of harem members. Dissimilarities: 1. One MC didn't die when he go transported to the alternate world only to find himself in a body of a 5 year old kid , while the other MC died and was reborn as a slime. 2. One has a kaiju as part of his team while the other doesn't,

Similarities: 1. the same isekai where ordinary guy finds himself in an alternate magical world. 2. the same character plot where the MC has to find a way to survive and thrive in the new world he's in. 3, Bothe have the same MC who has a harem. Dissimilarities: 1. One involves one guy who got transported in an alternate world, while the other involves a whole class. 2. One involves one guy who finds himself loving to stay in that alternate world, while the other only involves one anti hero guy who determine to go home if he can find a way to go home.

Both shows revolve around a character who was Isekai’d into a fantasy world with strong magical powers. Both have some small dose of comedy. Both characters have some title of nobility. Both MCs want to be adventurers. In 8th son this quickly becomes a side objective, while its front and center of Noukin. Both MCs get more attention than they wanted.

Isekai anime revolving around an OP main Character. Magic is the focal point. A colorful and basic series that knows what it is, and does not try to be anything else.

There are some direct parallel to the what happens to both of the main characters during the course of the shows.

MC wakes in a fantasy world. After discovering affinity to magic, they start learning about the workings of the world and using their knowledge from our world and their new knowledge of the fantasy world to help others around themselves. A lighthearted, fun fantasy about friendship. The main difference is the male MC of Hachi-nan VS the female MC of Seijo.

Both are: • Funnny/light hearted • Have some action/adventure • Character progression • OP/ super gifted main character • Train to get stronger Reikenzan has a much stronger focus on training and spiritual progress, while The 8th son? Are you kidding me? is more of a traditional isekai anime

Both main characters are reborn into noble households and both of them want to get stronger or master their magic/abilities. Both of them eventually displays how strong they are and makes an adventure party full of girls!

In both shows, a guy has some unique talents that distinguish himself in fantasy magic academy. Both shows also give the MC a harem like 5 episodes into the show quite randomly.

A less than ordinary adult gets ISEKAI into a poor family as a child with all memory intact and discovers magic.

Both animes have a main character that is an OP magician in an isekai world, Shingo/Wendelin is reincarnated like Shin of Kenja no Mago (another very similar anime) instead Taichi of Isekai Cheat Magician is transported/evoked in the isekai world but overall they are all very similar characters.

---Portuguese Below--- Both are simple fantasy stories that also show the day-to-day lives of the characters. I honestly can't say which one would be better very vehemently, both are very low-budget works, in which you notice that even if the story were simple, you could have a better experience with a little more investment. Here at MAL, they have very similar ratings, so whatever you see, see it with the same expectations. In this case, Hachi-nan tte, Sore wa Nai deshou!(The 8th son? Are you kidding me?) is made by Synergy SP, which is a studio that has already produced well-reviewed classics/oldies such as Major and Initial D, but  read more
