Difference the MC as a lack of common sense often inventing or using magic far above the normal and the other struggle with politics of his new world
A normal japanese working man gets reincarnated into the body of a child who has a high affinity for magic and becomes an overpowered magician.

Both are isekai's where the main character is extremely op.
Both follow a similar plot structure and the vibe of both anime's are very similar

Both of them start where the MC is returning home after work and then transfer into a new world where magic is possible. The MC both have high magic amounts and meet someone who has close magic amounts. The MC both have communication problems due to their training. After they are of age to go to school they do where they meet their party members after saving them from danger.
Both mc gets enganged with girl(s), they have a party, both mc has unique "skill"
the different imo is:
Kenja no Mago emphasize his "super" power and explain mc's abilities, while Hachi nan tte emphasize the mc's socialitize and status
