Really good romance and slice-of-life stories with a mild sci-fi/fantastical twist. ReLIFE deals with more things however (the comedic elements and serious societal issues). The relationship between the two main leads is perhaps the biggest similarity. All I can say is, they are both in love and have to deal with a terrible truth somehow.

You know this whole anime is just like a year in high school. It's overt before you know it If you haven't seen it go see it

Same concept of becoming young again, going to high school and trying to reform your life. Both the protagonists are jobless at first but they use their broad knowledge and experience to change their life and the ones around them. They try to establish a good future for themselves as well as influencing hugely in others lives. Both have slice of life and romance genre materials in it.

The 2nd halves of ReLife and Clannad both take attentive detail into the initial MCs that were given at their original start points, the development between the two MCs from here only seems to bloom with great ups and downs in between. Made in a good way nonetheless. Although ReLife Final Arc is faster than Clannad AS. They are both good finishes to the series from what I would say.

Both add a feeling of completion to the stories.

> The MCs are adults who become young again to resolve the problem. > Both have likeable characters and similar vibes. > Different genres, but both manage to combine dramatic scenes with comedy.

ReLIFE: Kanketsu-hen is a well-made anime. It is beautiful to look at, although it deals with the very serious issue of withdrawal from social life. The strongest form of this is known as "hikikomori". ReLIFE has found a partly beautiful yet sad response to this. The series I would like to recommend is much more focused on this extreme phenomenon and is called "NHK ni Youkoso!". It's from 2006 already, but excellent in its realisation, sometimes funny and sometimes painful. The story about Satou, Tatsuhiro is well written, very memorable and told at a good pace. The two series deal with a social phenomenon, for  read more
