Boruto: Naruto Next Generations

Both follow successors to some of the strongest characters in their respective universes. Both are high intensity action shonen with plenty of battles, special abilities and power up's. Both have dynamic and varied casts of lovable characters. BnHA/MHA is clearly inspired by Boruto's prequel series the classics Naruto & Naruto Shippuden (Boruto being set in the same universe). 

They have very similar characters, they even look like copies, they have children of these similar characters that also look like copies, and it also looks like a sequel, but it's shit. 

These are both the latest anime adaptations of iconic shonen series. They have both dealt with harsh criticism from fans yet done well enough that it's obvious that majority of fans have at least found some enjoyment in the series'. They both started slow but got more interesting and improved further into the series. 

- Gon and Boruto share this incredible positivity, determination. while Killua and Mitsuki protect them like caring big brothers, build unbreakable bonds of friendship along the way, and overcome their limitations working as a team. - Gon longs to have a relationship with his father like Boruto, although he does not retort to mischief to get his attention. - Very similar art  

Both anime are sequels to previous popular anime. Also, story wise both main characters struggle with issue that "Their father is a great person" and "people expect too much from them". Anyways, if you are interested in stories where kids struggle in their parents' shadow, here you go. 

As well as Naruto, Black Clover is going to be the next big thing in anime. Somehow it gives me the same feeling as I'm watching Naruto. Studio Pierrot is famously known for their work with the Bleach, Naruto, Boruto and Twin Star Exorcist series’. However, they soon might be known for another new animated production called Black Clover. The series is already being compared to other Shonen franchises such as One Piece and Fairy Tail, despite the series yet to premiere. In addition, the studio has already said that they want and expect Black Clover to be the next Naruto, as the two anime have a similar fan base. read more 

I think Hanyou no Yasahime is the "perfect" anime to recommend after someone watches Boruto, especially to those who watched the OG animes as a child that Boruto and Yashahime are sequels to. Both series have poor writing the same level as mediocre fanfiction and disrespect a majority of the characters from their respective original series, especially the female ones (though Naruto females were always poorly written). Watch Yashahime to further ruin your childhood if you had problems with Boruto.  

We all hate bullies. We even hate these people sometimes to the point where we think of irredeemable pricks. But life goes on, and every now and then, a person changes. Even those we hate. Boruto is a kid who has everything. Naruto is his father. If you're not familiar with that name, then you're not a true anime fan. He's like the Batman of manga, almost every single person in the anime community knows who he is. But Boruto.. is a different kind of character. He's the Damian Wayne to Naruto's Batman. His own offspring, but completely different from him. And even has hate towards him. Koe No Karachi deals with a guy who used to bully a girl in his childhood. For some reason, he would treat her very untimely and thus, their relationship would become strained. This is the result many years later, and the boy became a young man. This man is now ridden with guilt for his childhood self did and thus, learned sign language to make up for it. But things are about to happen, and he will realize that he can still change as a person. Both have an unlikable protagonist from the start, you'll basically wonder why they are the mc. But the anime will slowly convince you that they are, in fact, redeemable.. As anyone is. We all hate spoiled kids, but as adults, we grow to realize their capacity to change. And that goes the same for adults as well. We don't have to be fixated on the past, we can change. For the better. Right now, almost everyone absolutely despises Boruto's existence. But his older self hates him, too. In the end, it's all about choice. Life is full of them. What you do matters everyday, and everyday you matter. It's all a matter of choice. And you can choose to redeem yourself. The question is, are you really going to be redeemed in the end? Sasuke Uchiha himself knows that feeling.. What about you? To the viewers, give these characters a chance. After all, we were once naughty kids ourselves once, am I right? :) read more 

I THINK YOU SHOULD KNOW WHO IS THE FATHER OF BORUTO AND WATCH BETTER STORYLINE AND GET A LOTS OF HEART TOUCHING MOMENTS 

Naruto and Deku are both losers at the start but through their will to never give up they slowly gain control over a power that was passed to them by the previous generation. A power that is self destructive until late in the series. They get started on their seemingly hopeless path by refusing to back down from a life or death situation (having been deemed unfit to continue their path prior to this encounter). One is loud and rather clueless, while the other is timid and studious. Both are caring and neither is willing to give up on their friends. Both strive to be number one, and give/receive a talk about how a person becomes number one once they are acknowledged, not acknowledged because they are number one. They both have the will of fire, and talk-no-jutsu, that they use to help both their opponents and friends. They have a rival, one who is naturally talented and cocky, who believes the hero will just get in the way during a fight and refuses to acknowledge the hero. read more 

Katekyo Hitman Reborn is similar to reborn, because both of the main characters that are left behind by hard working fathers, hates their fathers for never understanding them. This hate and carefree attitude makes them somewhat useless and unimaginative. Then they have to prepare for harsh times in their future. The reason you should watch reborn if you like boruto, is because it replaces the waste of time scenarios that boruto gives to you, and nearly 100 eps of filler. It has a better story, and is more paced and built into something that makes more sense. 

Both shows are fighting shounen set in a small living area (konohamaru and karasumori) and involve friendly competition. There's a larger underlying threat that will probably at some point be dealt with but it's more focused on the people living there and comedy than it is on high stake battles. (as of boruto ep 6 and kekkaishi ep 27) 

Both have a diverse cast of interesting villains as well as a wide range of super powered characters. Both have talking sentient animal characters. Both have amazing world building and character designs. 

Both focus of the next generations of their respective franchises (Yu-Gi-Oh & Naruto). Both have an academy where our heroes train to get better (Duel Academy and the Konoha Ninja Academy). Both main characters have an important bond with the previous series Main characters (Boruto being Naruto's Son, Jaden being the next in line for the title of KoG and recognised by Yugi himself and gifted Winged Kuriboh). Both have many characters from their prequel series make often appearances (Pegasus, Kaiba, Naruto, Shikamaru, Kiba, Konohamaru etc.). 

Both follow student characters in fantastical worlds where a percentage of the population has some form of "super power" that manifests itself in different ways depending on the individuals. Both have high intensity action scenes and large casts of diverse characters. Both have great world building, character designs & soundtracks. 

These shows are both continuations of extremely popular series that have dealt with harsh criticism and split the fan bases opinions. They both however have a fair following so at least some fans of the series find some merit in the show. Dare I say they are both underrated but admittedly suffer from their own issues that hold both series back from contending with classic series, which their prequels sit alongside comfortably. 

Both newer incarnations of popular shonen JUMP franchises. Both have super powered characters, intense battles and vast and interesting world building. Both shows have great OST's, art styles and characters. 

Both recent hit Shonen Jump series, both have plenty of action scenes with interesting abilities and power ups. Both have a huge range of interesting characters with great world building, so much so that even many of the much smaller supporting characters are very well rounde and interesting with appealing designs. Both have talking animal-esque yet humanoid characters. Both have amazing soundtracks. 

Both are obviously action-packed shounen, but also have relaxed moments (and entire episodes in Boruto's case) to spend time with the characters, making them feel very real along with the world around them.
