The setting is similar, dealing with gods and traditional Japanese mythology. The overall feel is very similar, very light hearted with little life lessons along the way. The show is verrry moe, with tons of cute girls doing cute things. There's a similar soft yuri vibe in both series, with hinted romances.. Though Konohana leans a bit more towards it. Even the main characters are similar, somewhat ditzy but pure of heart and making friends with everyone. If you like one, you'll definitely like the other!

Both are slice of life with cute girls, and MC from the country.

VERY SIMILAR. Focuses just on girls, with hints of yuri and fan service. Main 4 girls who are trying to do their job's under the guidance of a few mature women who are older than them and lots of hints between yuri there as well. very similar animation, and overall feel despite being no shared producers, studios or licencors.

Same group of friends who work for a particular job with a mentor who will help them. Cute as hell for sure.

Both shows have cute girls doing cute things and both deal with interaction between a group of girls (no boys allowed) and about trying something new (One about classes on divining ability while other about manga drawing) Both have similar characters and animation.

Main heroine is the same Both has a super natural shade Cute girls doing cute things Similar artstyle

Both animes deal with 4 girls and their different comic occurrences from day to day, in both worlds there is almost no appearance of male characters. In Non Non Biyori everything happens in a rural village called Asahigaoka, while in Urara Meirochou in a magical village called Labyrinth. Both are mistakenly cataloged as "Seinen"

Both anime have the similar classic japanese background style and both stories have a relationship with supernatural thingy. Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san shows ecchi-comedic sometimes but not with Urara. Urara shows CGDCT (Cute Girls Doing Cute Things) and Comedic daily lives.

They have the same feeling of Cute Girls doing Cute Things. But most important both deal with one of the girls (both shows focus on girls) as they discover something new and their feelings surprising people who already do what the are learning - probably regaining some part of wonder that led them to begin with. (in this case camping & divination) Both have a distinct aura in terms of scenery - breathtaking and gives watchers a feeling of relaxation. Both have some decree of comedy.

I Can Might Try To Find Some Similar Things Between The Two, I Hope This Is Helpful Enough Both Are Made By J.C. Staff Both Involve Girls In A Different Place Instead Of A School Both Are Cute And Fun To Watch And Both Sometimes Have A Similar Personality For Both Characters The Difference Is That Joshiraku Is About 5 Girls That Are Rakugo Comedians, While Urara Meirchou Is About Where All Girls Diviners Live And Where Girls From All Over The Country Learn To Become The Top Diviner, If You Like Joshiraku, I Would Highly Recommend You To Watch Urara Meirchou, I Actually Found Some Similar Things About The  read more

If you think white haired lolis are the best lolis, you might enjoy these two shows. What's more, they're both borderline ecchi and borderline yuri (even if it gets way more obvious in the next seasons of Fate/Kaleid than it is in Urara Meirochou). The main lolis are facing adventures while socializing with a bucn of supporting lolis and it all produces a lot of moe.

Both shows are a about a group of young girls that come together starting as strangers then become a close tightknit group of friends with each of their own quirky personalities that contrast and compliment each other.

Highly recommended for anyone who likes cute girl anime. In both anime the main girl comes to the big city, they both have big boobs, but are as cute as any loli character. In Urara she becomes a diviner, while in RPG she becomes real-estate seller. There are 3 other main girls in both anime for you to enjoy, with various personalities. Urara Meirochou is Japanese fantasy, while RPG Fudousan is Western fantasy (could be isekai, but who cares it's really cute). If you liked one, the other will make you happy as well.

Supernatural everyday life with a group of girls, one being angels and devils while the other having those who are able to tell fortunes, summon spirits as well having witches. They're both funny and relaxing to watch tho at times Urara has some serious time but hardly any really. I'm sure if you enjoy one, you'll likely enjoy the other
