It's totally the same. Boy finds a merman and leaves with him. Maybe a little bit less shounen ai, but okay.

Cute guys and tones of manservice + fujobait.

Both animes have a serious dark haired character that takes care of a supposedly ditzy guy. Although in OreFuro the other MC is actually an airhead. Both animes have a strong BL feel, with No. 6 actually having a canon romantic element, OreFuro is just a HEAVY (I mean heavy!!!) bromance.

Both are short episodes anime. So many weird yet hilarious but cute moments. Ah, and both are have kinda same theme or concept, which is human and non-human creature are living together, the difference is that Jingai-san no Yome is a married couple, while Orenchi no Furo Jijou is a housemate.

If you enjoy silly comedies that focus more on entertaining you and less on keeping a consistent plot, then both these anime fit said criteria well. Both shows focus the interactions of a human with non-human entities, and how, eventually, he befriends them and realizes the existence of a world he was entirely unaware of. The bromances between both the MCs are cute too!

Both anime involve otherworldly humanoid creatures that are part sea creature turning the main character's life upside down with while learning the customs of land life.

Both anime involve an aquatic supernatural being that changes a normal boy's life for better or for worse as they slowly befriend each other.

Both focus on mythical creatures intercepting a human's life in fun ways. Orenchi no Furo Jijou takes it in a more comedic way instead of being cute but if you like the idea of mythical creatures in our normal world definitely watch this. It is also a short form anime so it will only take around an hour to watch

Guy finds a cute humanoid boy and decides to take him in. Now they live together, with all chaos that ensues. These are two short anime, starring cute humanoid boys and fluffy romantic undertones. With what little time they have, their charm and production quality sweep you off your feet!

both are colourful both have a serious guy who "looks" after a cutesy guy both have hints of shounen-ai-ness ;)

Both series have short, humorous slice-of-life type episodes and have a similar plot involving a high-school boy who finds a ditzy merperson one day and ends up surrounded by cute mythical creatures thanks to said merperson. Both have a similar story-telling style and sense of humor. Both have needlessly epic openings for their genre.

Both are comedic, makes jokes to their genre/themselves and deal with strange circumstances in their everyday lives.

both shoujo with hints of shounen-ai both have an all male cast except for the one of two female characters both about a guy who gets up to interesting things although 07-ghost is longer and more action packed, there is still a common sort of link between the two
