Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!?

This show has a guy who also unintentionally attracts a harem of supernatural girls, who also end up living with him, and largely follows their daily lives. They also share similar comedic and ecchi elements, though fortunately the main guy isn't subjected to wearing a girly outfit in this show. 

The main character encounters encounters magical/otherworldly cute girls that basically begin living with him. 

Both shows have a main character and a variety of girls living under the same roof, but what makes the two even more similar is that they both have a lot of interesting characters. Although there are romantic thoughts in each show, each could easily stand without them. The characters are just fun to watch.

Both are harem comedies in which the male lead has multiple girls of different personalities and origins living with him under the same roof (many of them uninvited no less). Each show does a good job being more light-hearted in its character interactions instead of the typical ecchi comedy that overuses "misunderstandings" and fan-service. Both shows are also kind of parodies in their own way, as Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka? pokes fun at the magical girl genre and Rokujouma pokes fun at the harem genre in general. The main characters aren't too much alike, but the girls from both shows mirror each other really well. If you liked Kore wa Zombie Desu ka, I'm sure you'll enjoy Rokujouma no Shinryakusha. Both have girls living in the same place with the protagonist and the girls are not humans at all. I mean, in Kore wa zombie you've a necromancer from the hell, a magical girl, vampires ninja, etc. And in Rokujouma, you have (also) a magical girl, a ghost, a princess from another world and a woman from the depths of the earth. Both are good animes, it's worth, watch it. 

Similarities: Both have the same comedy supernatural genre. Both involves guy who rents a room but was already occupied by a ghost. Both were set in an apartment and in school. Dissimilarities: One was more on action, while the other is into harem. The ghost in one anime was NEET ghost, while the ghost in the other anime is just a typical garden variety ghost.  

Both have the same scenario where MC decides to live on his own, finds a room only to be surprise that it was occupied by a ghost, except in one is more on the harem side, while the other was more on the adventure.  

The same plot where it involves guy encountering something strange and magical, it also involves guy living with a ghost, both have the same mystery and supernatural genre, except in RNnM, has an extra adventure and action genre, while RnS is more on the harem. 

Both have main character moving into an apartment with a ghost and then a lot of weirdos show up and from there on there are a lot of adventures. Both also start out really good but then start getting pretty bad after half the show 

Both are supernatural romance comedies where guy gets room in apartment and later finds out it´s occupated by ghost girl. 

This anime has a lot of similarities. From setting up a lot of similar character. The first of the main characters who are both bought homes in the boarding houses to live in. until they meet the ghosts dikamarthey live .. and many female characters who appear and stay dikamar main character .. 

Both have the same mystery, comedy and harem genre, except in KgFwO, the each harem members would be introduce on a per episode basis, while in RnS the harem members came in on the very first episode. 

Both are harem anime with a lot of colourful characters, the premise for both shows are also rather good, but they both get really bad when they go from all hilarious comedy to a more serious plot and only a little comedy here and there 

the classic harem genre and the classic male mc who looks like a god in the eyes of the girls... 

Both have the same situation where Male MC has girls moving in to the same living space as him (Apartment vs dorm) and indirectly creates a harem in the process. Both have plot going in all directions from silly to serious. Both also have the classic set of characters in a typical harem ("deres", childhood friend, etc.). 

In both series, the main character is surrounded by strange beings (Alien being the only one remaining the same between the two, but similar concept.)  

The two series share the same basic premise: a bunch of different supernatural entities independently converge on the same objective, and are therefore forced to interact with each other and one ordinary guy who's stuck in the middle. But whereas in one show, that objective is the observation of a singular high school girl, in the other it is control of a tiny (barely 100 square foot) apartment. The main difference is in tone. Rokujouma is far more energetic, with stronger action and comedy elements, but consequently lacks the emotional impact and mystery of Haruhi. 

Both MC just wants to stay in a cheap place to start a normal life, but random girls with superpowers are starting to pop-up and time to say goodbye to normal life. 

Similar situation for both MC's. Both moved into a cheap apartment. Both had to deal with supernatural happenings as a consequence. Both deal with a harem of girls with certain supernatural abilities or problems. 

Similarities: •Both anime shows have a similar setting. It consists of a multitude of girls living with the male main character (overall there is no real plot, just different things happen each episode). •There are no "normal" girls as they are from different species (therefore monster girls, more obvious in MonMuse). •Same genres (harem, romance, etc.). •Great artwork. •Both good anime shows (in my opinion). Differences: •MonMusu heavily focuses on romance while Rokujouma is more of a light romance. •MonMusu has more fan service.
