"Harem done right," would be the bottom line of both these shows. Both have girls who end up living under the same roof as the main protagonist. Lots of interesting characters who aren't annoying. The male leads aren't boring at all, and actually have a personality. Both seem comedies at first glance but instead, have a proper (albeit underlying ) main plot. If you enjoyed Kore wa Zombie desu ka then you are gonna love Rokujouma as well.

Both main guys move into a apartment haunted by a girl.

Similarities: Both have the same comedy, supernatural and harem genre. Both involves a guy living by himself at first then his harem moves in with him. Both involves large number and a variety of harem members. Dissimilarities: One has a lot of plot twists, while the other one will be more focus on the harem arc. One anime has the harem members appeared on a per episode basis, while the other one already has introduced the harem members on the 1st show. The harem members from one anime were interested on the guy, while the harem members in the other anime were interested on the guy's room.

Main guy hangs out with characters that are all supernatural. Comedic hiijinks and merry misadventures ensue.

Both stories have a male protagonist finding a place to live at a low price because the place is said to be haunted. In both cases, not only does he end up meeting the ghost girl who haunts the place, but soon finds that he has to deal with an assortment of other girls who have various supernatural powers.

Invaders of the Rokujouma isn't anything special, but it's a short rom com series with a bunch of different and cute girls. If you enjoyed Nisekoi you might get some popcorn entertainment out of this average but enjoyable romcom

In both. Enters a character or if are several (in Rokujouma) to invade , mainly the earth, under their own purposes. But at know the owner or owners of the property (base of invasion), forming a strong friendship, making situations comedy.

Both involves antics and shenanigans with a cast of zany characters all centered in the setting of their respective apartment.

Some people might be somewhat cynical about the harem label in Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!? , but do not misunderstand it, take a look at characters formation that is built, they are not much different, each woman has a unique 'power' accompanied by a man who is pivotal and very precious to them.

They both share lack of direction, but are fun at the same time Both character driven, rather than plot driven Shares school-life/slice of life aspects Supernatural action scenes

These series are more about finding and becoming a family with the diverse group of strangers within your life.

Although both the shows may seem completely different, tasogare being more about the romance and RnS about a Harem, the former story is completely based on a ghost in love with a human while the latter includes a ghost in the Harem. (minor spoiler) Both shows introduce a part where the ghost has lost their confidence and the protagonist saves them.

MC also has alot of interaction with 7 specific girls, also in a school setting and it just has a very similar feeling. The MC's are also pretty much the same but I must say Yamada is alot more reckless

A harem anime with multiple girls of fantasy origins, including supernatural (ghosts/vampires/werewolves/etc) and alien girls all associating with each other. Both are very good and worth the watch.

Harem setup with similar setting and characters. They also both produced by Silver Link and thus have similar art. Rokujouma is more light-hearted while Taimadou Gakuen is more violent and serious.

Similar setting of having a house full of different sets of monsters

Both are romantic comedies about a girl who (not by his fault) meets bunch of weird, supernatural girls (alien, ghost etc.) that interferes with his dail life.

Both are supernatural comedies where the quarrel is sorted by games instead of violence. Both feature beings from another world, but while Rokujouma no Shinryakusha is setted in our world, No Game No Life is setted in another world.
