got a similar feeling while watching it….both anime show a dark side of something that should be a light, happy situation (kuroshitsuji - a circus and pandora hearts- the oh well so known tale: alice in wonderland) both anime have awesome characters

Kuroshitsuji: Book of Circus and Vanitas no Karte both have a group of two men investigating the supernatural. Both anime have a similar art style and tone as well. Watch the first 16 episodes of Kuroshitsuji first though!

Both have a historical setting. Both are quite dark but have some comedy too. Both feature elements of mystery and supernatural. Both have good dubs (I personally prefer to watch Kuroshitsuji in sub however). Both feature a lot of plot and character development for a very limited amount of episodes. The two animes have a similar feel despite being quite different in plot and have lots of good characters, some of which are quite similar to each other (Clare Stanfield and Grell Sutcliffe, Czeslaw Meyer and Ciel Phantomhive, Graham Spectre and the Undertaker, Chane Laforet and Snake, probably more I can't think of because it  read more

-primarily male characters -supernatural creatures serving humans -main character deals with terrible past -comedic at times, though grows serious as series progresses -both have VA's Yuki Kaji and Daisuke Ono (a little bit of Ono in Servamp (。◕‿◕。) I chose Book of Circus because relationships are better established by now; it's just a matter of digging deeper, and in Circus, we get more details about Ciel's past. My main character comparisons are between Ciel and Kuro

Ultimate and Book of Circus are both re-adaptations that follow the original manga arcs with very little to no deviation. This is in contrast to both the series original anime adaptations which only covered a small percentage of the manga and the rest of the show is anime original. Only difference is that Book of Circus does not cover the whole manga but rather a specific arc of the manga. Outside of that, both shows are similar because of the following: 1) Both take place in England 2) Both have a protagonist (Ciel and Integra) who makes a deal with a demonic figure (a vampire and actual  read more

Never trust traveling performance groups. They all just kill people. Well, maybe not ALL of them. All the ones we hear about in anime do, at least. The groups form families, and outsiders aren't exactly welcomed with open arms.

Both anime focus on a master - servant relationship and both have to do with the supernatural Also, miyano mamoru voiced both Zange (inu x boku ss) and Joker (book of circus)

Both are very dark and serious and deal with supernatural things. Man can find many deep thoughts in KnK as well as in Kuroshitsuji. Both anime made me stare into the screen with goosebumps all over my body and just think about it for hours. Ciel and Shiki (main characters of both anime) have the same voice actress by the way.

Both stories involve Demons and reapers Both MC's have servants that take care and protect them in any situation Both MC's are very strong and intelligent not to mention a sense of humor, which gives a great balance of seriousness and satire in the story Both series have great Art work, Fantasy, Supernatural, Comedy, elements

Both stories involve demons,circus...the main character have cursed eye... D.Gray-man is older and have more series, but they are pretty much the same. Both series have great and so similar drawing style. They both are perfect if you like 19 century. They are so fun, but D.Gray-man is a little more ''heavy'' ^_^
