Good review on Naruto The Last, the romance feels kind of forced(they didn't explain in detail why did naruto like hinata) and the movie have a filler-like atmosphere.

Gintoki as your favourite character, I like to see that

Regardless of whether I wanted a happy ending or not, what I hated most was the whole introduction and shoehorning of the Otsuki Clan bullshit. That make literally minimal to zero sense, it undid everything that was supposed to push home the whole idea of ninjas with some super haxy stuff involving the supernatural, not fighting self-proclaimed gods...that doesn’t fit. Naruto isn’t supposed to be something that now pushes toward sci-fi alien shit. This also gave an excuse to extend to a Boruto continuation from what I heard.
