These two anime look very different, but they have more similarities than one may think. You can feel this fun, circus vibe with a mix of darkness and mystery underneath.
Kuroshitsuji: Book of Circus has the upper hand in terms of being dark which is shown through the art style and story, while Karneval is more toned down in that aspect. That aside, these two anime still include slight comedic moments that make them all the more enjoyable.
