Hi there, thanks for dropping by. I suppose this is where I'm meant to put a bunch of information about myself, right? Well, I'm not going to give away personal details like my full name, age, and location, so here is some other random and completely pointless info that you'll have to make do with:
Interests: History, philosophy, literature, art, aviation, psychology, languages, other cultures
Favorite activities: Reading, writing, drawing, watching anime, ice skating, bowling, playing strategy based board games (and the piano), sleeping, eating nice food, walking, traveling, spending ages on the internet doing pointless stuff
Favorite books: Ender's Game series (Orson Scott Card), Becoming Human trilogy (Eliza Green), Murder on the Orient Express & And Then There Were None (Agatha Christie), Crippen, Stay Where You Are And Then Leave & The Boy at the Top of the Mountain (John Boyne), Cherub: Aramov trilogy and the Henderson's Boys series (Robert Muchamore), The Next Together (Lauren James), The Ghosts of Heaven (Marcus Sedgwick), probably a lot more
Favorite movies: Inception mostly, but also Interstellar, Amadeus, the Matrix series, War Horse, Now You See Me, Ostwind, and The Hunger Games series. As far as animated movies go I'm also quite fond of Zootropolis/topia, Inside Out, Big Hero 6, WALL-E, Wreck-it Ralph, Monsters Inc, the Kung Fu Panda series and the Toy Story series
Favorite animes: *see below* *fyi I'm actually quite new to anime so I haven't really seen very many but I have a very large to-watch list*
Current obsessions: The Ender's Game series, Baccano, the serious part of the Hetalia fandom
Favorite genres: Historical, Sci-fi, Psychological, Mystery, Crime, Thriller, Tragedy (my favorites don't really reflect this all too well do they...)
Stuff I love in a story: Intricate plots, Non-chronological order, Crazy plot twists, Lots of character development, lots of irony, lots of angst, nothing-is-as-it-seems, revenge, epic bad guys, really tense dramatic scenes, an unpredictable storyline, everything-makes-sense-at-the-end, the-tables-have-been-turned scenarios, more I can't think of
I'm finally done you'll be pleased to know. I'm pleased too - that took me almost an hour to write. Well, congratulations if you actually read all that. Tchüß!!
