Both are very weird and disgusting anime shorts.

These are the two shows you need to watch if you want to see the worst of the worst without wandering into NSFL territory. Skelter Heaven features awful animation and a story bad enough to make it the lowest ranking anime on the site. Utsu Musume Sayuri features even more awful, albeit creative, animation and writing that some debate doesn't count as a story. Both will make you question why Japan is allowed to export animation, appreciate the mediocrity of other anime more than anything I know, and quite possibly turn you off from touching anything Japanese with a ten-foot pole ever  read more

Morbidly fascinating shorts that challenge your current way of thinking, current way of life, and everything that is holy and good in this forsaken world. Grotesque but perceptive commentaries on animation as an art form... Like a breeze of fresh air in the fart laden basement room of modern anime. Both shorts evoke feelings of discomfort, arousal, and euphoria. Please watch.

Has the same atmosphere as a bad acid trip crossed with all the circles of hell Dante ignored. Both shorts invoke discussion points afterwards along the lines of "do I want to scream and rip my eyes out or do I want to vomit forever into infinity and beyond?"

I just remembered how relatively extreme these two shorts are, so much so that I am not exactly sure if many can make a lot out of it. In other words, welcome to the dark side of creativity. Both have some sexual undertone to them as well.

Both are very strange video art anime. While Nekojiru is longer and is more acclaimed, they both touch some similar topics. They both have some very surreal moments, dark humor, and are very experimental. Nekojiru is an adaptaion of a Garo manga, and Sayuri could definetly be serialized in Garo.

Aki no Puzzle has A LOT of flashing lights and colours, so be warned. If you're high or drunk, you should absolutely watch these two back to back. Please watch your sanity levels if you're not one of those two. These are both creative masterpieces created by philosophers.

Both are bizarre, borderline pornographic sadomasochistic distasteful comedy avant-garde shorts. Really I wonder what kind of people would look at this and think mmmm... that's hot.

Both animes were pretty... Up to interpretation? I think there's a lot to take in for both. Many people have many opinions, and I think the way you process both of these anime will either make or break your enjoyment of them. I'm sure we all know which one is more entertaining to watch (Sorry, Midvangelion), but they're both very interesting stories that I think everyone should see at some point.

Utsu Musume Sayuri and Mori no Andou are both comedies and contain bizarre visuals and style of animation. They both make you think about your life and everything bad that humans have created.

Both shows are pretty bad but enjoyable

In the days when animation was at its peak, these are 2 gems (in more ways than one) that you don't want to miss out on. The light truly does blind one.

Ugly. Vile. Biohazard. You can come up with more words for sure. That is all that is needed to describe these two revolting titles. Though, I give the benefit of the doubt with Striking Daughter, because, it is almost the nature of what was, in comparison to an actual failed attempt to arouse an audience with only whatever it was the creators thought was a good idea. Only God knows their fate after seeing their own Frankenstein of a creation. I'd still recommend watching both for how bad/odd they are.

Hmm. Yes. Very strange activity involving the female and other very important parts of the body indeed. Angel Drop almost feels like a nonsensical parody that does well in relation to a surreal Striking Daughter of an anime.
