Both shows parody other anime series. They're both random, high-paced and very funny.

If you like crazy, manic humor with no regard for the plot, then you'll love both of these shows. Both of these shows pull jokes out of no where and are both quite heavy on the slap-stick.

The random stupid humor is astounding. . . . . .and humorous. . .

Both are extremely wacky comical adventures that parody pretty much everything. Both rely on reaction gags of a character exclaiming WTF. Both refuse to follow the laws of physics. The story takes second place to whatever else is happening.

This anime came to mind for some reason when I watched Bobobo. I think the first main similarities being the narrator in both anime are very fourth wall breaking and become like one of the main characters of the anime. They add their own comic relief and jokes in there, especially the English dubs. Speaking of English dubs, the dubbing in these two anime can arguably be better and funnier than the original Japanese ones for a non-Japanese audience as the dialogue tends to go off script from the orifinal a bit and even poking fun at the original Japanese visual jokes. Both series is really wacky  read more

Both are pretty random. BoBo-Bo and Harima also look similar with their glasses and are the most random people on the show.

Often compared to one another, Bo-bobo and Puni Puni Poemy share their ADHD-stricken sense of pacing and "storytelling" and a very similar sense of humor. Where PPP mocks magical girls, hentai, and the anime industry itself, Bo-bobo's humor is more focused on making fun of shounen cliches and/or popular culture in general - either that, or just being completely spontaneous. While PPP's jokes are decidedly more explicit and adult in nature, however, Bo-bobo's humor falls more safely into the PG/PG-13 realm, though it is no less bizarre.

These anime both feature more cartoony art styles and have random sense of humors. Sure they have action moments here and there, but neither one are meant to be taken seriously and are just silly comedies.

Both series exhibit a bizarre, nonsense brand of humor. Neither series makes the slightest bit of sense, but are utterly hilarious.

A wholesome comedy. Jokes are various and never bore you. Absurdity, goofiness, surrealism. Parodies, toilet humour, 4th wall breaking. Characters use magic based on the power of imagination.

They have the same 'crazy nonsensical' comedy and both also have the same profound way of interaction between characters.

Bobobo-bo is an anime that parodies battle shonen, a genre that includes works like Hokuto no ken and so on, whether making references or indirectly, and Tentai Senshi Sunred also does it but with shorter episodes

They are both comedies focused on ridiculous situations,Bobobo is more ridiculous but Nichijou is more unexpected.

Both series have a bunch of random characters doing strange things. The comedy in both series are so random that it's great. On top of this, most of the time you have no idea what the hell just happened, and you need to go back and re-watch the scene, but even then it still doesn't make any sense. All in all, great comedy anime and great to watch when you want to turn off your brain.

The supporting characters make both shows worthwhile. The zaniness and abstract style of the plots also seem similar in some sense, which in turn, makes it enjoyable.

You'll see some random stuff in those both animes. Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo takes the "random" concept in a comedy way, and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure in an intentional weird way. While the first one is pure dadaist, surreal, absurd comedy, the second one tries to be serious and its really weird scenes seems to be logical when you watch them in context. They also share a manly main character and unexpected secondary characters.

Both have the same type of absurd and random humour with nonsense characters that makes you ask yourself "what the hell i am watching?"

both anime's are full of random skits and random jokes.

They both have over-the-top zaniness and mindless random humor. Sometimes you're even laughing at the stupidity of the actual characters as they go off topic / off story / off planet.

On the first few episodes, Needless might fool you into thinking that it's just another average shounen series, however, Adam (main character in Needless) quickly changes from his quiet, all-tsukkomi-role in the first few episodes to a more irreverent, questionable behaviour very simmilar to Bobobo's. If you liked the unpredictable, non-sequitor humour of Bobobo, you'll definitely be reminded of it a few times while watching Needless. Side notes: The action/battles are more or less "serious" in Needless, while you'll find even more non-sequitor in the battles in Bobobo. Adam Blade and Bobobo have the same voice actor. Fanservice seems like a common thing in Needless.

Both are parodies of many thing - anime, music, films and pretty much everything else, both have simple plot and feature slapstick humour. But Bobobo is much more absurd.

Both of them are hilarious action/adventure series and they both break the 4th wall alot.

If you want to see off the cuff and non-sequential humor, Space Dandy seemed to have taken a cue from the so-far-off-the-wall series.

The humor and artistry are almost exactlly the same, with the only difference being, of course, the adultness of Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan

Both are very crazy, very random, and funny. A lot of the same kind of humor is used in both.

Bobobo has the same kind of random and bizarre humor as Milky Holmes with an occasional good fight. If you really liked Milky Holmes you will definitely like Bobobo but stay away from it if you're not a fan of extremely random humor.

One punch man is BOBOBO 2.0. Classic shonen parody

Now no anime I've seen to date is as random as Bobobo, seriously I've seen every episode of Bobobo and I'm still confused, but if you like anime that puts a smile on your face then Cat Girl Nuku Nuku is for you. When I first heard what this anime is suppose to be about I was like "is this some kind of joke", but my friend this is a really real anime and every time I watched it it put a smile on my face. The bad guys are just so stupid and Nuku Nuku is so positive and absent minded that all  read more

Both Gugure and Bobobo feature "wacky" comedy with random things happening all the time. The difference though is Gugure does take itself serious at certain times and Bobobo is random and crazy from start to finish.

they both have ridiculously random but hilarious moments that make you wonder 'what the hell is going on?' they are really enjoyable so i don't think you will get bored watching either of them because they are just THAT amusing. ;D

Ok, this is how its similar, you take a few random crazy characters and a sane one, then you put them in senarios and see how it plays out. Also, the character design in Arakawa Under the Bridge and Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo is very VERY similar.
