The day is always brighter with a little rain.

Just your average weeb that loves animu and mangoes. Only problem is I suffer from procrastination meaning I put things off and am just lazy about things. For anime however I hope to overcome this and watch as many anime as I possibly can!... Yea I'm lazy about being lazy.

I'll assume you're talking about the English dub. I've always found that although the old dubs are fine, I mean, they correspond to their time, while the current one feels like 'theater kids' or voices that don't correspond to the timbre of the original voice or sometimes it's not similar to the attitude of the character. I'll start watching it today :) to see how insane it is (dubbed).

If you present it to me that way, I'll watch it as soon as I can, 'INSANE' generates quite a lot of hype for me. I'm surprised to read that you're looking for another unknown series, I thought it was only one per year.

It's amazing how those OVAs from the 80s and 90s are never finished, the OVA productions that were made during those decades are very rare with often spectacular, traditional art. Although I don't know if I could go that far with something like that, I usually quit if I'm not hooked anymore. Have you ever found one so bad that you couldn't finish it, or do you always force yourself to watch it all the way through?

It's great that, even if you go by the average (low) score, there is still room for surprises. Do you ever go for specific genres within bad anime, or just whatever has the lowest score? How did you get to Ex-arm? Actually, when I saw it I decided that if I stopped liking an anime, I would leave it, even if it was at ch. 11/12.

I had never heard of Frankenstein or Harmageddon. I'll keep them in mind. I'm curious, what do you look for when you choose these anime? Is it just out of curiosity, or are you hoping to find something unique among the bad ones? Do you have a method for choosing them or do you go by their mean score?

Well, sometimes the worst anime turns out to be the most memorable, even if it's for the wrong reasons. What were the two 'hidden gems' you found among all the bad ones? I think the hardest part is starting the anime; after that, it’s just about getting carried away.

That’s a unique tradition 😅 Just for fun, or hoping to find a hidden gem among the 'bad' ones? Yeah, I watched it while it was airing. Finished it cause I was watching with a friend; otherwise, I doubt I'd have been able to.
