Very similar vibe and setup, although kind of inverted. In Kimi wa Pet, our FL is living with a younger guy/going out with older guy, while in Hotaru no Hikari, she’s living with an older guy/dating younger guy. Both FLs have some trouble coming to terms with the disparity between how they appears to others and their true personalities
