hi!!! first of all, i want to apologize for my extremely late reply! once fall arrived, i did some traveling each month and somehow that was enough for me to fall behind on everything, including anime haha. i'm trying to catch up now though! i hope you've been doing well! 💓

i feel you! the earlier chapters of furuba truly pack a punch with the emotional backstories and simple yet impactful life lessons. tohru is too precious for words! she's been one of my role models since i was younger, so she will always have a special place in my heart haha. tohru is definitely one of my fav characters, and it's tough to choose when everyone is lovable, but i'm also super fond of kazuma, momiji, and kisa! do you have any favs so far? :)

omg not at all, but thank you for saying that! there's still lots i need to read and watch too, but it's reassuring to know we will never run out of memorable stories haha. i've heard amazing things about basara, and i can't wait to get to it eventually! guilty pleasure old-school josei sound right up my alley for sure. i actually watched the gokusen jdrama a long time ago, and while i don't remember too much from it, i do remember it being plenty of fun, so i'm looking forward to the manga!

I am reading Wotakoi manga currently. Hmm... the truth is their chapters are super short so I think the anime covers maybe a third of manga but I am not 100% sure. I wish Ouran High School Host Club got a remake too because I have never read the manga.

I have heard of Princess Jellyfish on YouTube, if it is about an otaku I will watch it for sure.
And if you like Wotakoi try Recovery of an MMO Junkie ( its a story about a neet and it has such a cute romance ) and Gamers ( just as the name says a bunch of high schoolers playing games).

I love all kinds of asian dramas. As for the genres I like most fantasy , romance and historical.As for kdramas I am following 2 ongoing one, Today Webtoon and Alchemy of Souls.
For romcom recommendations try Strong Woman Do Bong Son or Cinderella and the Four Knights.
Can you recommend me some too ?

Hmm... for music I mostly listen to anime music like openings and endings.
My favorite japanese song not anime related is First Love by Utada Hikaru.

I started watching in 6th grade so about 10 years as well. But I didnt start watching for real until I finished high school.
Mine first was Kaitou Jeanne, the same mangaka who does Full Moon.
Hmm... I watch a few when a new season comes out but older series are so good , plus back then they relased more shoujo.

They did make two drama cd , lake and valentine day.
I wish I there were a few chapters more before the ending.

Ahah I relate. I remember when I first started watching her performances, it was like falling into a rabbit hole; discovering one song after another. As you can probably tell, Southern Wind is my favourite XD, but I Missed the Shock and Blonde are defs up there too. Fin is another song I like, and I love her outfits for Tango Noir (still gets me starstruck).

Still gotta get around to watching Mawaru Penguindrum. I know nothing about the show except that it's a highly praised work. Visuals look beautiful too.
