Since I watched Full Moon wo Sagashite first, I kinda have the same feeling. It's an anime that you would think to be for children, but both have a much deeper storyline hidden in them which makes it really good. I have the feeling that the darker storyline starts sooner in Kodomo no Omocha, but in my opinion they are both worth watching.

Wow. I saw a recommendation for these two, so I wanted to see if it really looked alike, but it's almost exactly the same... It totally has the same feeling. It's about a little girl... who suddenly finds herself in a strange world... there are a lot of objects who suddenly are alive and turn into animal kind of things ( well okay stuffed toys and... hm... I have no idea what I should call the other one.) I can't explain it that well, but it is really alike. t has the same kind of music also and it is kind of cute.

It really looks a lot like each other, it has the same feeling, even though Jigoku Shoujo feels a little darker. In Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro there is a murder each episode, and they are going to find out what happened and who did it, while in Jigoku Shoujo there is someone who hates someone each episode, they are going to look at what happened and why they hate that person, In Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, Neuro ends up eating the "mysteries", while in Jigoku Shoujo, Enma Ai ends up sending people to hell. It's not exactly the same, but it really looks alike a lot. I think that if you liked one of them, you will like the other too. Though in Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro is a bit more crazyness in my opinion. Oh and they both have a sentence that will be repeated every episode Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro: Hannin wa omae da! The culprit is you! Jigoku Shoujo: Ippen shinde miru? Will you try dying this once? ( Even though the thing she actually says everytime is Yami ni madoishi awarena kage yo. Hito o kizutsuke otoshimete, Tsumi ni oboreshi gō no tama, Ippen... shinde miru? which would mean... Oh pitiful shadow lost in the darkness, Demeaning and bringing harm to others, A damned soul wallowing in sin... Care to give death a try? -totally used google for the whole sentence, dont judge me- ) The repeating sentences are kind of annoying in my opinion, but on the other hand.. by the end of the anime you would probably have learned them.

There're both anime with just three really short episodes. Both seem to be more like an advertisement for the manga, since they're more like previews with really shorts moments. They spoil a bit of the moments, but also make me want to read the manga. They look like a typical shoujo romance anime/manga, but still give you that fangirl feeling (if you're into cute romance anime [and/or manga]). The art is similar, even though Sugar Soldier looks a little better in my opinion.

There're both anime with just three really short episodes. Both seem to be more like an advertisement for the manga. When I watch them, I have the feeling that they're spoiling a bit, but also, they really make me want to read the manga and hope that they will make an actual anime of them (even though they have one actual episode of Hiyokoi, but it's still too short; I want a 12-episode anime). They also have the same feeling when you watch them. They're both really cute and the art styles are similar too.

In both Jigoku Shoujo and Miracle Train they deal with a new situation/problem every episode. The dissimilarities are that in Jigoku Shoujo they don't really solve the problems, but just punish people for what they did, while in Miracle Train there is a group of boys who are set on solving the problems girls have. And Jigoku Shoujo has a more dark feeling to it than Miracle Train has. Even though I think that if you like one of them, you could like the other too.

It's both a very lovely Romance story. They have the same kind of drawing style. The main characters do look alike, and are similar in some kind of ways too. Bokura ga Ita is a more dramatic romance story though, while Lovely Complex is one with a lot of humor. Lovely complex has drama too, but it's a less sad story than bokura ga ita. If you like one, I guess you would like the other too.
