It's amazing, and I can really understand the characters, despite the fact that I haven't gone through a similar scenario. I am personally quite cold-hearted, but I was able to sympathize with the characters, especially Beniko and her actions to a large extent. It may just be pure chance or coincidence, but to have one twin extremely violent even though both were put through similar situations, it really brings about the magnitude of the emotion or feeling Umi had for Beniko, but at the same time, it was kinda extreme for no apparent reason. It wasn't exactly what you call 'realistic', even though it is
...
a manga.
*Spoilers*
I didn't understand the last chapter at all... I mean yes Umi and Beniko came to a mutual understanding (in a way). Yes, Umi left and ten years passed. But when she went to the grave and saw that other guy there, finding out later on that he wasn't Umi, and that the real Umi died ten years ago..... That confused me to the extremes. To anyone reading this, if you understand whatever happened, please do drop a message to explain it to me....
The last chapter was the only reason I marked the story rating down by 1.
Otherwise, through it all, I did enjoy reading this series. So, if you like yanderes with a side of BDSM, this is your manga.
