Most of the show was enjoyable, especially Chisato and Takina's personalities, but the ending left me feeling like there was a lot of wasted potential.
My rating: 7 (needs improvement) - at least one aspect of the show is unsatisfactory.
- Too many plot conveniences taken
- The build-up near the end is wasted and leads to no character development; Chisato makes it out alive but it feels completely unearned.
Would be 9-10 with these ending scenarios:
1. Chisato is forced to make a kill to save a friend.
2. Chisato dies, a Your Lie in April type story, assuming the development of Takina is realistic and handled correctly.
