Similar in how the interactions between the couples are explored and described. Similar comedic style as well.
I don't think that anyone who has read both series will argue that 'Douka Ore wo Houtteoite Kure: Nazeka Bocchi no Owatta Koukou Seikatsu wo Kanojo ga Kaeyou to Shitekuru' isn't 'heavily inspired' by oregairu. It doesn't only wear its influence on its sleeve, it is fully coated in it. This 'influence' is so blatantly obvious that the other aspects of the series kinda fall to the wayside. Some of the character interactions are passable and even fun in Douka, but nothing really comes close to Oregairu. If you somehow haven't read Oregairu yet you are in a for a treat. If it is the other way around you will have a decently fun time for what it is worth..

I am honestly surprised no one has made this recommendation before. These two series have a lot in common. They are both drama romance series with a similar coming of age type story. I think that the way the main characters mature and develop their relationships with the people around them is particularly similar. The main difference between the two would be the heavier tone of Ibarahime, but even if that is normally not your thing I still think you should give it a shot.

Similar themes of novel characters facing the reality of their existence and the meaning of fiction in this context. I know this sounds vague but going into detail would be a spoiler for both series.

Both take place in a more calm future version of earth. General themes of learning about times long since passed and what it means to be human are very present in both works. While land of the lustrous is much more of a mystery drama, both have this melancholic feel which make them stand out to me. The passing of time is also incorperated into these stories in a way that is somewhat unexpected. It's almost a plot point, it serves to contrast certain characters and development against others for both manga. Both also happen to be quite fantastic.

Talentless nana is arguably an amalgamation of elements from series like assassination classroom, death note, danganronpa etc but to me the ac influence is definitely the strongest. From the way the characters interact, to the archetypes portrayed as well as the general style of shounen manga both go for. There is also the militairy aspect that both interweave in their plot. Not to mention that they both use the classroom setting as a way to develop characters and both stories initially take place in a remote location basically cut off from society. If you like one I wouldn't doubt you would atleast be intrigued by the other.

Design of the devils and youkai are somewhat similar but it's mostly the way the story is told that makes me think they are comparable. I am fairly certain that if you like one you'd enjoy the other.

Both have a similar story line and similar anotgonists. Also a similar dynamic between the antogonist and the female hero (kinda). If liked shinigami you'll probaby enjoy spirit circle. Not to sure about the other way around but the similarities are there.

Similar style of fantasy manga. Both deal with the concept of living on after an adventure, and the death of companions. Both series have this more grounded fantasy world feel and are more character focused. They are also both pretty damn good aswell.

Both anime have a high school setting that is more similar to a company or even a country rather than an actual school. They also focus on politics (if you could call it that) and human drama. Chocolate does have a bigger focus on romance though, it's also a bit more light hearted.
