Horrible.
If you are a working adult, you may find this insulting.
I can't speak for the rest of the demographics here in MAL, but I can say something as a working adult who likes Anime.
It's a mind-numbing, reality-blurring, illogical mess. The main character is a 26-year-old adult who goes back into time to save his only love who was killed because she interacted with the gang....the gang the MC is apparently was related to.
Points of contention to this dumb plot:
MC, who also knew what kind of life he had led for the past 12 years, knows he messed up. He knew he was

irresponsible, whiny and childish. He knew that running away from the problem was not the answer, he knew that leading a delinquent life wasn't the answer. You what he does when he gets a chance to change his life 12 years ago? He actually DOUBLES DOWN on what he did, involves himself even more with the gangs, became even more IRRESPONSIBLE......so that the gangs don't kill his girl. In the future.
I only got to episode 2, immediately dropped it. You're better off watching ReLife or Jobless Reincarnation than this nonsense. At least the main characters there actually knew their faults AND are doing something about it.

Wotakoi tries it best to cater to an audience still too in love with anime but are too busy with their 9-5 jobs. As the setting of the Anime, so is for the people it caters to.
As I had mentioned, Wotakoi is an anime best suited for people who're although still obviously avid fans of Anime but can't make too much time because the Adult world is unforgiving and scary and bills, and bills, and bills. demand a binge watch. And that's good. We've already too much to think about, in the end, an Anime is just a sweet escape that we all could need.
The romance here is not as spicy as a Romeo and Juliet but just a little pinch of sugar just enough to satisfy, so don't expect heart wrenching, tear jerking moments happening anytime in the show. In fact, admittedly, the romance between the two MC, felt rushed, but as intended, since, the show was not about the happy ending but about what comes after that confession.
What I do love about this anime is, forgive an old man for ranting, is that it reminds us that even Adults are still allowed a life outside their cubicles. That one can be a hardworking adult without giving too much of our lives away.
I have nothing technical to say about the Anime, since, for the most part, that's already been for me by the other critiques here. But heed my advice, take every review here with a grain of salt. You should be the one to judge your own enjoyment. We're nothing more than just MAL users like you here.

Story 8/10
The series has a very light-hearted approach, considering the personality and the kind of romance of the main characters, but, the story development is kinda slow, even the manga's story is slow, the development of each character should've been faster, but this made it more interesting, because it kinda show us how hard it is to live with three goddesses, it shows us that just because you have a goddess as your partner doesn't mean it's all fun and no work.
Art 7/10
The animation is pretty at times but sometimes it gets pretty choppy but nothing to worry about, Belldandy's Cuteness is safe nonetheless! hehehe

Now, this is what I liked about the series, Hamaguchi Shirou is really a great composer! just listening to the soundtracks make me remember the series altogether, the Opening Theme and the Ending Themes also take me in awe, the songs fit the series just right.
Character 8/10
Ok...The Main Characters are ok I have nothing to say about them it's good, their personalities are just fitting to their roles...but it's the supporting characters who I have the problem with, they fit just as well but by considering their number,the development is bad, not that bad, but, well, its not that good either and the exposure they get is pretty small, mainly because the series focuses on the Main Characters....

Well, I enjoyed the series, when I watched it I was laughing all the way! Very Cute story and very funny scenes fill this series I seriously enjoyed it and really made me want more...well you'll know it better if you watch it.
Overall 8/10
It's on its way to have had a perfect score but there just have to have some flaws, nothing's perfect but we can try (just don't try too hard), right?
BTW...this series is the one that triggered a new addiction for me...and now I'm an addict for anime! hehehe....
