If you're looking for another game adaptation from a game that tries to bite of a bigger chunk of deep story than it could convey, you might want to look at either Devil Survivor 2 or Divine Gate. With both shows I've seen the pacing messing up the natural progression the games probably have. Spectacular moments seem mediocre because it's hard to measure how strong the characters have grown in the timespan of the show. Sadly the story suffers too from this, and evolve to a 2deep4u if you're not as invested like a die hard fan. Anyway, if this sounds like something interesting to you, do try out for yourself.

This show has twintails. Sadly, that's probably not the reason why you would want Koukaku no Pandora, as android lesbians don't equate to super sentai twintail fighters. What they do have in common, however, is this laid back comedy approach. These shows aren't taking themselves seriously, which can be an okay factor, but definitely a warning to others whom aren't ready for boring repeating episodes. Expect some comedy, some bad episodes, ecchi humor and lesbian fun, but nothing too serious and everything with responsibility. If you're into the one, you might get some fun from the other. While they're completely different in story, comedy and characters, you might experience a similar kind of fun.

Whole your life you've been searching for this single thing. It has become your obsession to find the secret of the Library/Sky. The MC of both Sola and Hitsujikai have been subjected to a certain faith since birth and we start the shows at the point where their stories start to unfold. There are samplings of Drama, but Daitoshokan no Hitsujikai leeches from its Harem specificaly. These shows mix their everyday life student settings with a magical and fantasy undertone. Daitoshokan sells you a comedic school setting, while Sola will hand you some action to keep you watching. If you have any interests in a more pro-active MC, a compelling story and slight closure of romantic storylines, you should try either of these for a short drama experience.

I always found it difficult to bind K-K-K with another show. Yes, the Cute Girls Doing Cute Things genre is the best way to attempt this. However, I think I want to try another route. Sabagebu has a CGDCT feel, but the cute has been replaced by guns. If you know the drill already, then you probably have noticed the narrative from the show too. With such humor also being present in Kitakubu, it might be a nice show if you just want to sit back and enjoy some gag humor. The characters are all very determinded, so don't expect too much development from both series. If you want to take it a notch down from Sabagebu, you might enjoy Kitakubu. Did you like all the 'over the top' action scenes in K-K-K? Do try Sabagebu!.

These two titles both did quite well for their first episode release, as most of us know, one more than the other. What binds these two together in my opinion, is the fact we have a very strong male lead, who seems to be quite powerful to the point we can assume most fights in both shows will go in favor of the main character. Now, both series try to mask this sense of Over Powered-ness, which offers some nice action scenes. The plot has some similarities, like the mortality of every character, which can be exploited in both series. These series are not averse towards fanservice, if it's not eye candy animation, it will be the light or explicit ecchi scenes. Don't get too alarmed. If you like such characters, with skill and the needed resources to seem OP in gamer slang, with or without the sometimes needed character development, you might like these series as well.

When the fanservice kicked in, Neptunia reminded me of a similar title with the same amount of humor, plot and setting. Dog Days and Neptunia can both be watched fairly easily without being bored for a few episodes. While I don't expect much romance in Neptunia, there is in Dog Days, which adds to some of the fun. Both series seem to bring up the feeling of fun with the viewer, which mostly works with both series. There is at least some sort of Leadership/Monarchy going on in Neptunia, which is also strong in Dog Days. Definitely not the best of plots, but with enough comedy to keep it interesting.

Curses, Curse Tools, Killing Tools, Killing Goods. C³ and Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge may seem to focus on different things, but Curses and Killing Goods have more in common than you might think. They both begin somewhat normal and take a little twist after an episode to illuminate the part of the story the anime really wants to aim at. C³ seems more supernatural than Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge, but the similarities are present, even though the format of Survival Game isn't present in C³.
