Both mangas are from the same guy so the art and storyline are very similiar. While HSOTD features zombie apocalypse, Triage X features assasins who follows a triage code, used by medics to mark the priority of casualties. Very interesting series filled with gorgeous girls, big breasts and gore! The same goodness you enjoyed from HSOTD.
