I added this manga to my plan to read list so long ago, i was hesitant at first to read it because I tend not to read plots that have to do with high school because they tend to all be the same exact plot. Bullying is a common plot for many high school related manga and Life is one of them. I personally have never really liked anime that had a different story each episode but Mushishi was what changed my mind for a while. You get to see just plain amazing art and the voicing of both sub and dub mixed with the sounds of nature and such are so refreshing and calming. The main character is shrouded in mystery but reveals bits and peices every now and again and I just really loved watching this anime.

When I finished this manga I wasn't sure if I liked it or not. The main character was quite different from other generic manga heroes because his inner thoughts were realistic to the reality he lived in. He didn't always want to help the people in need. I also loved the way that it was done. Using 3D models definately helped the actions feel more lively. That's what I liked about this manga. Then there was the parts I disliked. I started this anime maybe a year ago because I saw that it was similar to Kimi Ni Todoke. I wanted a cute little love story in school. What I got was that for the first maybe 5 episodes before it turned into just Yano being awful to Nana resulting in the same events over and over and over.
