Both Devils Line and Tokyo ghoul focus largely on having a race that looks human but transforms and feed off of humans. The main differences in the races in each manga are (minor spoiler) in Tokyo Ghoul the Ghouls' only food source is human flesh (and coffee) where as in Devils Line a Devil eats human food and can live an ok-ish life without human blood but their issue is not having control of their blood lust and lose control of their senses and transform at the sight/smell of it. A large theme in both of the manga is to create a society where humans and ghouls/devils can live in peace. Devils Line has a lot more focus on the main romantic pairing with other romantic paring throughout the manga of different sexuality and race pairings. Tokyo Ghoul has a lot less focus on Romance. There is some but it isn't the main plot like it is in Devils Line.

The manga have different airs about them when it comes to maturity level but both focus on the long term relationships of the main couple and have somewhat similar drama (ie love rivals). I'd say the biggest reason I recommend this is because both manga also take a good chunk of its time to build up the 'support' characters and their romantic lives making it a multi layered story.

Both manga have psychological issues (especially with the lead male) and the love interest is able to help them through their issues with just their personality etc.

Both are romance and the episodes are about 3 minutes long. Both also have a unique relationship and there is a lot of comedy involved.

Both manga have that fantasy genre that involves battling. I'd say the two main character Clay and Nai have similar personalities as well that makes you love them. And spoiler, if your loved the type of twist at the end of Clay Lord involving his golems then you'll also love the twists that happen throughout Karneval!

This manga is by the same author and artist as 07-ghost. That being said the characters look extremely similar to the ones in 07-ghost and some believe this to be a sequel about re-incarnation, but it is stand alone. It is also short so it is a quick read!
