Both Oniisama e...and Pieta revolve around sexuality, and delve into issues such as parental abandonment, self harm, and mental illness. Also, the flashbacks involving the private school with Sahoko and Rio remind me a bit of Oniisama e, what with the schoolchildren with fancy haircuts and gossiping about Rio's private life.

Free Soul and Pieta (I can't do that fancy letter thing, I'm sorry) both have themes of relationships, sexuality, and parental issues. The tone in Free Soul and Pieta are both similar, too, although Pieta's tone seems slighty darker thus far (I have only read chapter 1).
