ReRe Hello is a cute, refreshing shoujo manga with surprisingly considerate, normal, but still lovable characters.
The plot is really promising: Ririko lost her mother when she was 5, therefore she has to take care of her father and her younger brother. Minato the male protagonist has the same loss and a broken relationship with his father. There is a huge distance in their financial and social position, but still a slowly growing relationship starts between them.
Despite of the really dramatic background, Rere Hello doesn't want to be more, than an entertaining shoujo manga without any real dramatic moments. The problems and situations of
...
the first 20 chapters are typical shoujo moments without any new or really surprising turns. To tell the truth, I could bear with more drama and I wanted to know more about Minato's background, but maybe in the future. Fortunately the story doesn't have any exaggerated comedy - however, it has a lot of funny moments, mainly with Ririko.
Characters: It is the point where I can strongly recommend this manga to shoujo fans. Ririko is a really outstanding female protagonist - she is kind, considerate and (really important) she is composed. Whenever she faces with a new situation or feeling she tries to understand it and give a proper answer. No crying, no tantrums. And what about Minato? Well, he is kind and handsome :) The supporting characters are typical shoujo figures - I cannot say any special of their their contribution (although, I really like Hata).
The art is very nice, similar to the leading shoujo manga's (Ao haru ride, Hirunaka) style - I really liked it.
Altogether, Rere Hello is an entertaining shoujo manga with really lovable characters and artwork, with a promising plot and with the chance to see more dramatic moments. If you like shoujo, you should definitelly give it a try!

Namaikizakari can be the favourite shoujo manga for those, who are fed up with the following elements:
- waiting 30 chapters for the first eye contact,
- annoying male/female friends with unnecessary advices,
- created comedy or drama and fillers,
- cat/dog or any other pet,
- the annual school events (cultural festival...)
The list could go on, but one thing is sure: Namaikizakari is one of the most entertaining and exciting shoujo manga, that I've ever read. And it can be all thanked to the frame given by basketball, the characters who are acting like normal people and especially to the main male character, Naruse, who is not gonna wait
...
30 chapters :)
Story (no spoilers): The main characters are the members of the basketball team (Naruse is a player and Yuki sempai is the manager of the team). But basketball is not just a cool background. You can see their effort, how they share their happy and sad moments connecting to sport and how they learn to support each other. During that time, not just their team and their skills are developing, but their relationship as well.
Characters: The characters are just great; their personalities seem to be simple (Naruse, the dashing guy and Yuki is the cold, tsundere type). But they are much more complex and thanks to each other they are developing and learning about themselves. There are only a few supporting characters, but there is no need: the inner monologues of Yuki are really entertaining and Naruse always says whatever he wants :)
Artwork: The artwork is really expressive and unique, the sport scenes are especially outstanding.
As an overall evaluation I can say that it is a highly recommended manga for all shoujo fans and for anyone else, who is interested in an entertaining story without any cliches.

It is hard to write a review of Piece without any spoilers, because the plot is really outstanding (completely surpass the level of any shoujo comics that I've read) and the story is full of with twists and turns.
The main character, Suga Mizuho received the news that her former classmate, Origuchi Haruka passed away. Upon the request of Origuchi's mother, Mizuho starts an investigation to follow-up the life of Origuchi and to clarify the missing parts of her highschool years.
This investigation slowly turns into a journey. A journey where Mizuho has the chance to learn the real Origuchi, a shiny, kind hearted girl. But
...
it is also a chance for Mizuho to read and reconsider her own feelings and to clarify the unclosed relations with her former classmates, friends and one special person, who always confused her.
The story has a bittersweet feeling; it is full of with emotions and at the same time, it continuously surpriesed me. All characters have their personal injury that was hidden during the whole time and at the and all of these pieces, personal tragedies are connected. Nearly all of these scars are from adults that is the main message of Piece: highschoolers are still kids and are fragile. Injuries caused by their parents and their classmates can have an effect during their whole life.
The characters are just great: realistic with all the human doubts and failures. With the progress of the story the characters are continuously developing but still remain fallible.
If someone is intersted in real drama, a really intersting story with an unexpected end (don't think about ANY of the usual shoujo cliches) and likes the beautiful artwork, Piece can be the perfect choice.
