both have a "yandere" heroine the heroines of each manga kill people without no care or concern, a bit crazy and only care about the protagonist the protagonists seem innocent and are looped into something unimaginable the protagonists are seen as good people until something happens to them ( what happens to them are very similar as well) and then they become despairful and only care about their goal. Both series just involve a lot of killing/death however i would say Death Tube is a LOT more gorey than future diary, and there are a LOT more sex scenes

even though the genres are different from one another these mangas are pretty similar, the styles are kind of the same. these are the kind of manga you could read in the morning with a cup of coffee or whatever you may drink, they remind me of newspaper comics. plus they can give you a good laugh! :D
