The biggest commonality between Pani Poni and Tsukune has to be their fast-paced, eccentric, and unpredictable comedy. I'd say Pani Poni has a more colorful cast, but Tsukune's characters are still easy to enjoy. Although Tsukune is much shorter (6 episodes, 13 min each), the quality isn't affected. It crams all the goofiness of a Pani Poni episode into half the minutes!

If you liked Azumanga Daiou The Animation add

...then you might like Galaxy Angel add

Similar wacky humor and endearing characters, though Galaxy Angel is way more nonsensical! I feel like the cast of both series are really lovable and cute without feeling forced, and Galaxy Angel doesn't have any recurring pervert characters (something I consider to be a plus against Azumanga Daioh). Both are also (mostly) episodic and easy to jump in and out of.

...then you might like Popee the Performer add

Super wacky show with the same slightly off early 3D animation, same weird/violent humor, and by the same guy! I extremely recommend this if you're really into Popee and looking for something with the same kind of feeling.
