Both are about a guy forced to take on a relationship with a girl he barely knows while having a crush on someone else. Writing style of Koi to Uso also gives me Nisekoi vibes. Basically, I am enjoying Koi to Uso in the same way I enjoyed Nisekoi. Yeah, I know this isn't a long recommendation so I'm going to pad this out so you feel as though you really spent your time well by choosing to read this. Do you like kofun? Because boy do I know someone that does. What is kofun you might ask? I really don't know. Seriously, what is kofun and why does MC like it so much? And no I don't want to google it.

The two really remind me of one another. The characters and their dynamics are a notch different with a different premise, but the style of entertainment with the humor and interesting character reactions provide the same sort of effect for me. Not to say that their quality is on par (I'll just let the individual decide that), only that how they provided entertainment to me (comedy, character drama, and such) were on very similar wavelengths.
