Notes on my Ratings Scale....
10 - Absolute Must Try
This is a show that is an absolute must try for people who like entertainment. For one reason or another, I believe the show will appeal to a large majority. Whether it be by the show overall being amazing or whether it simply has a certain something special that puts it over the edge, this show is something I think that fans willing to give it a chance should put some time in with if they want a shot to see something amazing.
9 - Top of their Class
This is a show that was a great experience. I have very little bad to say about it, and people who enjoy the type of show or genre it goes under will be very likely to find it to be outstanding, with little to no match, while watching it.
8 - Great Experience
This is a show that is worthy of high praise. It isn't quite amazing or will knock your socks off, but will be great nonetheless. It doesn't quite hit the threshold of being among the top class, but will be an experience you long more for after watching.
7 - Worth Watching
This is a show that is, as noted, worth watching and quite good. It may not leave lingering feeling of awesome and greatness for whatever reason, but should you like the type of show, it will definitely be worth the investment of time you spent.
6 - Hit or Miss / Okay
This is a show that is good and will resonate well with the right audience. Some may hate it, but in general, in regards to those the show was made for and it does resonate with, it is a good show that will be worth the time invested in watching. This is also the level for shows that were enjoyable, but tiptoed a fine line of losing that trait regularly.
5 - Tolerable
This is a show that is, as noted, tolerable. If you are into the type of show in front of you, the show is often good enough to keep you in front of whatever screen you watch until the end. This doesn't mean you will walk away from it happy with your time. They're good enough to finish, but may leave that lingering feeling questioning if you enjoyed it or not.
4 - Aftertaste of Wasted Time
This is a show that will make you hate yourself a little bit. You might be able to get through the whole thing, or a significant amount. In that case, though, there's a strong chance you will look back on the time you spent and think of it as wasted time.
3 - Roadblock
This a show that there is not a good reason for a person to finish. By "roadblock", I mean this sense that the show itself is what is creating an obstacle on the path to enjoying it and finishing the show. It bad enough that it probably shouldn't be even tried, and the sanity of those still watching it should be questioned.
2 - Reason to Question its Existence
This is a show that you have to wonder why this show even exists. It has neither the execution, premise, or anything that would seem to make it remotely like an idea that was worth funding at all. Rather than questioning a continued watcher of the show, it will have you questioning the creators for why it was ever made in the first place.

This is a show that is a disgrace to both anime and the human race in general. Need I say more?
