...then you might like Great Pretender add

No Game No Life is very similar to Great Pretender in that they both have lots of unexpected twists and turns. I never quite knew how things were going to turn out but they certainly never disappointed either. They also both have pretty unique art styles. Although No Game No Life has more of a fantastical art style, it's certainly just as colorful and easily recognizable as Great Pretenders. They both have very memorable openings as well if that's important to you :)

If you liked Ouran Koukou Host Club add

...then you might like Saiki Kusuo no Ψ-nan add

The Disastrous Life of Saiki K has many very similar aspects as Ouran High School Host Club. For starters, they're both comedies with similar senses of humor. They also have episodes which can be watched almost completely independently. There are no long-lasting arcs so you won't need to have watched the whole show to get each episode. If the rewatch value of OHSHC was admirable to you, then you'll find Saiki K to be the same. Overall, both are dumb fun anime which you can rewatch over and over when you're feeling down :)

...then you might like Kaichou wa Maid-sama! add

Maid Sama is like OHSHC if OHSHC embraced it's romantic side a bit more. It's comedic, has characters you'll love, and has a strong, independent main character. By the end, you'll be rooting for the cast in the same way you did the host club. They're both a ton of fun :) and they both have cute boys ;)
