They have realistic stories but with a supernatural element. Both are presented in an episodic fashion where there's a character that mentally tortures cheaters and wrongdoers in general, giving them a "taste of their own medicine".

If you liked Hikaru no Go add

...then you might like Yu☆Gi☆Oh! Duel Monsters add

Series centered on a main protagonist who plays a game and wants to be the best at it, while having a companion helping him get better who was a professional of that game in the past and has been "reborn" inside his mind.

If you liked Slam Dunk add

...then you might like Haikyuu!! add

"Slam Dunk" and "Haikyuu!!" have overall the same plot and characters. They don't focus only on the sport but also have a lot of comedy and drama. Basically they're about a first-year high school student that enters a sports club having natal ability but no experience and has to get along with a very talented, egocentric "rival" in the same team who thinks that he can win just by himself. The personalities and roles of the other characters are extremely alike as well, if not exactly the same. Both tell the story of a somewhat now weakened team that aims to glory with the new first-year members, who play an important place in it.

...then you might like Sekaiichi Hatsukoi add

They are about creating manga. While in Bakuman the main protagonists are teen mangakas in a shounen magazine, in Sekaiichi they're 20-year-old editors of a shoujo one. Both show the pression of having to guide a mangaka/accepting the opinion of editors, the stress that it comes with both jobs and having to meet a short deadline. In Bakuman romance is underlying so as to center in the the manga they create and the rivalry between the mangakas while in Sekaiichi is more focused in the romantic relationships between the characters.

They share the same genre and center in the romance between the main characters. Both have really funny and cute stories. Also they are from the same studio so they have absolutely the same artwork and roughly the same design of the characters.
