First off: The series seems to give many watchers rather uncomfortable moral conflict. I´m a tad surprised this is such a big problem for some here who (probably) can watch zombies munching on people´s brains or people killing people without much issue... Plot:
The plot is brief and not very memorable. The setting does not quite feel natural and thus can’t be taken very seriously. At the same time it’s a charming and relaxing tale. It tells us to work hard to reach a goal: even if you get compared to geniuses, never give up on studying and succeeding! Merleawe, a young country girl, comes to the big city in order to become a magician.
